How do you convert FTE calculation in terms of $ savings?
As every employee has different salary. One approach is to take a median/mean salary and multiply by the total number of FTEs. Other approach is to consider weighted average approach where you take exact figures and multiply by the respective FTE then adding them up to get the total FTE $ savings. Let me know your thoughts which approach is better.
You are right
Hello sir,
Could you plz advise which institute is good to take certification?
IACT?
i don't understand the fate required is the time they spent to handle on client I mean the first one said 10,5 , that's full time equivalent but in minutes hours or , that's 10,5 what ?
This approach is already outdated and can be further improve. Also, a lot of variables are not considered in the fte calculation, which I think a critical factors to consider in seamless account transition
You are right Alex, I have just provided the basic technique so that the mind starts thinking in that direction. There are so many factors which can be considered and that was not the scope of this video.
Is there anyone to assist me?.i am interested
