Up for auction Rob said, how bout it Clare? Only needs a skip, a lick of paint and a bit of flooring! Nice and spooky too and the cats would love it :)
I live 2 blocks from RR tracks & l can tell time by the sounds of the Evening Trains. Occasionally it rattles the window panes of my 75yr old Farmhouse but i find it comforting 😊
I know what you mean about it being comforting. I used to live in an apartment and the sound of the elevator at night was comforting. When I moved to a house it took me a while to get used to the quiet. Thanks for watching! 💚
Silent Seekers Explore thanks for sharing this wonderful video with me about THE OLD SHAKY 1800'S STATION HOUSE. HOW DID THEY GET ANY SLEEP HERE!!! and i really enjoy all your videos keep up the great work you do and i will keep showing your channel support i gave you your channela thumbs up and shared you out on my community tab and God Bless and thanks again.
A long time ago I lived in a pub right next to Heathrow Airport and when concord took off at 1.30 every single day the glasses all shook like crazy especially the wine glasses that were on racks in the ceiling of the bar but the noise never stopped me sleeping on days off great find both even if it was a bit scary right next to the railway.
I had seen this house along time ago on a different channel it wasn't in so much of a mess then and some couple was living in the caravan out the back and didn't think they was meant to be there as they did a runner when they heard the explorer wat a lovely old house been abandoned for years would make a nice house if you don't mind trains comeing past as it used to be station masters don't think the train stops there anymore and not for years another good explore buy you two as you take your time and show everything as you always do 🙂
Thank you! I'd love to take a step back in time to see this house as it was. It's up for auction so who knows what they'll have in mind for it. Appreciate you watching 💚
@@silentseekersexplore it was on Matt's channel when Andy was with him can't think of the full name of he's channel but it's on there long time ago as out the back of the house was a big static caravan not the one you looked at could see some one will buy it knock the house down and build a new one away from being next to the railway line
18:14. I have never been so happy to see you back outside and unharmed. Phew!! This was once a beautiful house. How disappointing it is inside. The owners of this property may have been bought out by the Railways but retained the legal occupancy until death. My family used to live in a railway house and in the harvest season they were almost nonstop. Really funny when you had friends stay overnight as they were like rabbits in the headlights. We never heard them as we were used to them. Sometimes mum would give me a staff to give to the guard and that was fun as the train doesn’t stop and it is all in the timing. Funny times were had.
We were glad to get out of there! It was up for auction when we were there but I'm sure they'll end up knocking that house down and building away from the tracks. I suppose if you can sleep next to live tracks you can sleep through anything! Thanks for watching 💚
I have an Aga in our farm cottage, we use it throughout winter continuously as it cooks and heats the water also keeps the kitchen cosy but we turn it off in the summer as it’s too warm and use an electric cooker just for cooking.. most will have the two 😊
You get used to most noises after a while, and if kids are brought up in that situation, it usually doesn't bother them. My mum and dad could sleep through air raids during WW2, and often did!
Thank you'se again for sharing your urban explore with us all chaps. Another super upload. Peace and Love.
Thank you for watching, we really appreciate it! 💚
I love trains so i could live there ok guy's. My home before this house was beside a train station. Enjoyable explore thank you xx😊
Thanks for watching! 💚

No thank you! Did you hear those trains going past? I wouldn't buy it, I think they might knock it down whoever buys it. Thanks for watching chuck 💚
That house is very creepy looking from the outside. Great explore!
Thank you for watching!
Everything falling apart and there's random shoes on the dresser! 😂

Well I suppose you do get used to it after a while, not sure I would though. Thanks for watching! 💚
What a location! Looked well dangerous! Nice one 👍
It was very dodgy! Thanks for watching! 💚

@@petergrinnell2500 I know who you mean. Glad they'd gone by the time we'd got there or I might have had heart failure!
It's an 8 track tape player. I actually liked them better than cassette.
What a NARROW HALLWAY..
I didn't like that hallway at all, too dark and creepy. Thanks for watching! 💚
Blimey that train was noisy! How could they have lived there? Thanks for the video!
That's what we thought! Thanks for watching 💚

You know, I hadn't even thought of that.. I did wonder why every house had 2 cookers, thank you for that! 💚
