Thanks for watching! We actually booked about a year in advance for our trip and b/c of the pandemic I guess the rates were still reasonable. But you’re right, since then they have gone up in price. Just browsed their site and the lowest price I’ve seen is $700/night for many dates next year at their Xcaret property. Their adults only property (Arte) is $800-$900/night and the beachfront adults only property (La Casa del Playa) is $1500+/night.
