How to Fix PS5 No Signal & Black Screen HDMI Issues (Best Tutorial)

Do you want to know how to Fix PS5 no signal and black screen HDMI issues. This is very easy to do. The first thing to do is unplug everything and power cycle your PS5, TV, HDMI switches etc. Then try a different HDMI cable and make sure you have the correct HDMI input selected on your TV. Then start your PS5 into the safe mode menu. If you can see the PS5 screen now, you probably have an issue with your resolution or HDCP. Change the resolution to automatic or the HDCP to 1.4 only. Hold the off button for about 8 seconds and you should hear a second beep, then you can let go and it should start up on safe mode.

I know it's been a while and this might not get seen, but I had the same problem many of you are having not even being able to get into safe mode. I did three things. First I entered safe mode through an older seperate tv. Then i followed what he said, and set the resolution to automatic and set the HDCP 1.4 only. Now the next part is key. I'm usually the kind of guy that refuses to believe it's a hardware issue, but I was desperate. He was correct in saying removing all power from both the tv and ps5 will fix the issue, but it has to be done directly after entering safe mode and switching the settings on another tv. Unplug it all and switch back to the main tv. Wait a few minutes then reconnect everything, turn on the tv first, then the ps5. It should work afterwards. The important thing to remember is not to attempt using the main tv until everything is diconnected from both devices (yes this includes power, HDMI, ethernet cable, etc.). Hopefully this helps some of you, and if not just hang in there you will figure something out.

For me it was a problem with the PSVR box inline. One of the cables either had come loose or it just needed to be powered off and on again but everything in this video wasn’t working for me.

Hi Guys
I know there's a few threads on PS5 and Samsung TVs, but mine appears to be different issue.
I have a 2018 Q9FN QLED Samsung TV, it was working perfectly at the start, but i hadnt used it for about a year, now when I have reconnected my PS5, it says no signal.
I tried booting it in SAFE Mode and it comes up, and I have tried playing around with the resolution, the -1, -2 and HDCP with no luck.
It only works when I set the resolution to 720P or 1080i.
Anything else and it gives my samsung TV no signal. I have tested it in a LG TV and it works fine.
Anyone able to help?
