As someone thats grown up in twin my whole life with recently moving to ada county. The growth of twin is crazy and I hope the city planners are ready for it
But it's okay! You won't go outside past your car because, you won't ever feel safe walking next to semis barreling down the road and daydreaming, absent-minded drivers on their phone. Don't believe me? I can show you pictures of the the damage to the crosswalk where someone was hit and had to have three brain surgeries from the one of thousands of the trucks traveling through daily that don't care about the city their speeding through. 👍
I live 60 miles +- of Twin. I love it here. Only problem is I don't use my drone much up here. We do have bars in Twin that I go to. No, no bands every weekend but many casual little pubs locals go to.
Look, as a TF local, I appreciate your efforts to discourage people from moving here. With that being said, you could have pointed out a few other key details, like the smell of manure that wafts through the air every so often, or the fact that this place is a desert. Sure, you have a nice canyon to play with, but we are surrounded by sage and dry grass. Not much mountains here either. As for the airport, we do have a small one. I've used it before when traveling to the Bahamas.
I grew up in Twinkie Falls. It is always cold and windy except for a couple of months in the summer. I moved to Houston Texas where it is hot 10 months of the year. When I moved in 1979, the city had 39,000 or so, people. The growth hadn't happened yet. My mother still lives there and swears every time she has to drive on Blue Lakes Blvd. We used to own the Trout farm under the Singing Bridge, which is long since been torn down. I don't miss Twin Falls.
Is the wind constant like everyday 7 days a week all year long..LOL? I know people post a lot of crap because they don't want new people moving there but it would be nice to have at least one honest answer😊
Make sure you don't fall off the paddleboard into the toxic polluted Snake River. Hot in the summer and cloudy in winter. Lots of drug elements. No culture.
If you’re a James Beard award winning chef, or just a great chef, please move to Twin Falls. The food is really bad and bland. You would make a killing.

Thanks for the comment and watching. 👍🏻
The wind only blows 10 months out of the year, and we only have smoke from wild fires 2 or 3 months in the summer
:))

I wish that Jackpot, NV would develop more. It's only a half hour away from T.F.
Casinos control too much of the land surrounding jackpot. They dont allow new development
It snows so much 🏔
not really we 10 inch less than the national average
I love twin falls
It sucks.
That's how Whidbey Island is, windy.
Just down the road from the Wood River Valley. Hailey, Ketchum, Sun Valley.
what about Rexburg?

Totally get it. So typically not weeks on end. You definitely can have a few days in a row where it blows.
We are full lol no but really the wind blows here way too much.
Twinfalls has an airport.
Nice town if you have kids... once they grow up...move away!!!!😂 I did move to Florida 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Is marijuana legal here?

It is... It smells like moldy dirt when it rains, no public transportation and dangerous road crossings on non sidewalks.
@@aegaeon117buy a car, no need for public transportation, just smells like rain.
