  • In this week's podcast, join Emily and Barb as they discuss Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace.
What are psychosocial hazards? Psychosocial hazards can come in many forms, but they are usually factors in the work environment that cause interpersonal problems, stress, or strain for the worker.
In this video, Emily and Barb discuss why understanding and recognizing psychosocial hazards is essential during a root cause analysis investigation. They will go through examples of psychosocial hazards, how to prevent them, and what to do when you find them as one of your root causes during an investigation.
