Philipsen doesn't have any reason to be angry with Bini's win, Bini had a great lead out from his team mates and then found the right wheels to sit on after that.
From his interview, I don’t think he was angry with Bini, I think he has a lot of pressure to win from his team. He acknowledged that the stage is favorable with Bini. However, he also attributed his not winning to not feeling well, which I don’t believe.
Philipsen may be angry that his victimisation of other cyclists will not be tolerated from now on. It was a pure sprint between them, and Biniyam won today! Wishing them all safe rides and more well-deserved victories for Biniyam!

Alpacin sport director said the guy on the right is Søren Kragh Andersen, the lead out man of Philipsen after MVDP was not feeling well. The director said in hind cast it would have been better for Jasper to stay on the wheel of Søren because the head wind was less on that side. But hind cast is always 20/20.

Thanks for the sprint breakdown. If Jasoer focused more on finishing the stage the other day instead of boxing out Wout, he wouldn't have been relegated, and the sprinter's competition would only be at an 18 point difference than at an 88 point difference.

Philipson has been outsprinted by Bini there. Bini always does well when the sprint ends in a slight uphill terrain. Above all, Philipson's ability to sprint without blocking the other sprinters by making irregular sprinting is yet to be tested.

Easy to look at close racing with a microscope. I’m seeing this happening more and more as people get microphones, cameras and an audience. F1, MotoGP, etc. are all suffering from over analyzing what these athletes have to contend with in real time. This looked like a typical great battle to the line. Love this type of action!

Interesting that there seems to be an attempt to make some excuse for Philipsen. Watch it in slow motion and you see Lie does not touch Philipsen's wheel and there's continuous motion to the end. In fact, Lie makes contact with Girmay not Philipsen. It was a straight-up drag race.

Did y’all notice de Lie sprinting from the hoods?
you can't tell from the video because video flattens everything, but it's a slightly uphill finish. They were only going 45kph, that's slow for professional sprinters, but it's because they're fighting gravity. Anyways, the hoods are such a disadvantage in such a situation, on really steep sprints everyone is on the hoods.
I’m aware of all that, I was just pointing it out. It wasn’t a really steep finish though, and De Lie appears to be the only one sprinting from the hoods.

Why would he be angry?
Try to be realistic and ethical for the love of the bike race. Regarding divination, it clearly was not Bini, and they were almost at the finishing line. Being a fan certainly does not mean contaminating the achievement and success of the other opponents, riders or sprinters. It should never degrade the values they brought to the game. Being a fan should never degrade the level of the game. Obviously your unrealistic analysis directly attacks all I've mentioned above.
