OK, I think i’m a pretty accomplished home cook. I’ve gotten old enough and long enough working hard enough to the point where it clicked. I have to honestly tell you I think this guy cooks some of the the best pasta and sauce as good or as close to as good as anybody I’ve seen or tasted. Unlike videos that are too long and chatty he gets to the meet of the matter and gets it done., I appreciate his effort with these videos. Keep making em. Thanks
You’re incredibly likeable dude. I think the thing that stands out is your editing and how cool it is - you make it easy to follow along and simple enough that it’s encouraging to try it ourselves. The human aspect of this video was so great too - videos can seem so robotic from some creators and churned out. But it seems like every video is thoughtful and it’s nice that you’re sharing dishes that mean a lot to you. Thanks for what you do.
I love his style too. I really like that he makes the videos about the food, rather than about him. But he is so likeable it's about him without being forced 😜

Eggs and potatoes hands down is my fave comfort food. It’s esp easy if you have leftover fries (preferably steak fries) from the night before. Fry the fries (I like breaking them up into smaller pieces) in a pan with butter and onions until they’re crispy and brown and then add the eggs to the pan and scramble with the potatoes and onions. Love love love this dish when I’m feeling bad.
I've been making meatballs for many years and it took me a long time to figure out a recipe that I really loved. Thank you man! forgot to mention that the reserved sauce takes the place of v8 in this recipe so one doesn't have to go buy v8 juice that no one will ever use again. So you just take the sauce and use it like that.
Awesome video, loved the music as well, I have been cooking almost every meal that I have seen you make. And they have ALL been huge hits, thank you. Stay well my friend.

Number one thing that makes it all better after a bad day... Going cheap, just grilled cheese with goat cheese and cheddar and a bowl of cheap Campbell's tomato with extra extra black pepper. I really like the way you cook, I watch your videos often. Thanks!
Damn man you know how to make some epic meat balls. That looks like it could be the best Rigatoni meatball dish i've ever seen in my life. Only one way to know though hahahahaah. Great episode and like the V8 juice tip.
Thank you man! forgot to mention that the reserved sauce takes the place of v8 in this recipe so one doesn't have to go buy v8 juice that no one will ever use again. So you just take the sauce and use it like that.
Any chance you made them? How were they?^^
Awesome video, loved the music as well, I have been cooking almost every meal that I have seen you make. And they have ALL been huge hits, thank you. Stay well my friend.
Creme brûlée is my “I need a pick me up” food. That and root beer floats, but I feel like creme brûlée is more appropriate for this show
haha, to be honest, I would make a root beer float on this show before I make a creme brulee.
Luke Bebee You should have tiramisu, in Italian it literally means pick me up
Just found this today and rushed out to get the ingredients. I am 70 years old and have FINALLY learned how to make a great meatball! Delicious! Thank you so much.
DEAR LORD HOLD ME- this look so amazing-
I made these this afternoon and they are without a doubt the best meatball I've ever tasted. Super moist and flavourful. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with us. All the best!
no idea why u only have 75k subs
I cook Italian for comfort food as well! Just a basic tomato spaghetti cooked perfectly with the right ingredients does it for me.
Try throwing some anchovy paste or pureed achovies into the meatball mix. Its dynamite
I love the way you film and how personal it feels when you explain all the steps for cooking! Definitely subscribed 😄
I've seen that different cow.. grazing..
Great video ! 👍👍👍👍
I like how you not only explain the "How" but also the "Why" you do things the way that you do.
🙂
Number one thing that makes it all better after a bad day... Going cheap, just grilled cheese with goat cheese and cheddar and a bowl of cheap Campbell's tomato with extra extra black pepper. I'm sure there's a better tasting method of making grilled cheese and tomato soup but that's my old tried and true.
You know grilled cheese holds a special place in my heart. We go wayyyy back.
You are unique, talented and special and your recipes reflect it. I love your channel and can’t wait to try your gems on family members. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world.
7:34 the shoes lmao, are you standing on top of the bench taking that pic?
Ari that’s his signature
Valera Voronin ahah looked at his other vids you’re right. Fucking gold.
Keep pushing through those days as you bring joy to all of us who love watching and learning tips from your great videos!
6:23 -- OH-HO-HO! I disagree sir! Browning them balls is *paramount*! I still love ya though :)
You brown your own balls..
he literally browned them...
I like them both. Browning gives a slight crunch, but I like them not browned too. Depends on the mood.
Maybe my some people don't do it first.
When youre feeling down its important to make something you love - to make u feel good. I love this xo
ok but why did you eat them from a cutting board???
@@karleil7394 Looks obnoxious lol

No disrespect intended, I disagree. Looks delicious, no extra plate to clean and you're alone anyway. Great presentation for a comforting meal. Have a great day. : )
@@bethy-lou3307 u gotta clean the huge ass board tho lol. Doesn't make sense
Why not 😂
@@brdrln666 it's just one plate😂 how much of a concern can it be
I agree. Cooking does help when you got the blues. That and music. Im Mexican but Italian is my second go to food. Love cooking Italian food. Nice video! Shot outs from Chicago.
Yes! I can relate. Cooking is so therapeutic and calming and when you finally get to eat your hard work, your spirit is lifted 🥰
You can also rely on me to get through btw 😉😂
Lol jk
Whenever I’m feeling like crap I love to eat pollo sudado. My grandma used to make it and it’s just so comforting and hearty
