Great idea. I think the players you control though should have low elite or high starter potential so it isn’t guaranteed your player turns out good and is more based on your success playing as the character.

Hey man, been a big fan for about a year and a half now, and you always come up with great ideas and simulations. I personally think you’ll keep it interesting as is, not the biggest fan of the wheel idea. Also, I think it would be more realistic to make your guys low elite-high starter/top 6; so we can see the development, but maybe add one more skater as well. This way, you have a core of 3 skaters (2 forwards, 1 d) that won’t automatically be OP in 3-5 years with low elite/high top 6 potential. This will still make it so the teams are bad, but entertaining enough to watch 3 guys grow together at the start of each organization. Just my opinion. either way, really looking forward to this series. I think it’s really cool that you’re super involved with fans and genuinely ask and use our feedback. You’re a good content creator and seem like an even better dude; Love the channel, and it’s super dope as a (kinda) longtime fan of it grow. Keep up the great work (:

When i scout players, I completly ignore getting good scouts for the first two years, then I hire all A level scouts ( doesn't matter there region efficiency, after a year or two they will have A+ efficiency) and assign 2 to each rookie leagues in north america, then 2 for the shl and russia, and 1 scout in all other rookie leagues (excluding the ice and allveskan) and let it auto scout all of the players. The final tip I can give is there is almost always a couple low elite players in the low first round and high second round range. If there arent any low elites, look for players that say NHL ready, as they normally will have high top 6/top 4 potential paired with an overall in the high 70's.

I love LOVE the idea, but I say get rid of the meters, I’d rather you just have fun with it and do what you think is best for the franchise. Also make your player low elite so you have to play good to improve in overall!!!

Love the idea but you really have to learn player names now and not call them by number anymore haha. Also because you have created team, atleast in last nhl you could edit arena and jerseys in offseason.
