So so wrong, Brewhurst and the village has two bridges with one being for the canal and second being the feader stream that runs alongside the canal from before you started this vlog and runs back along the canal towards Dunsfold, if you had carried on along the canal one of the feeder points from this is about 200 / 250 yards down canal from the bridges. The River Arun is about 1 1/2 miles more and after 2 more locks and a viaduct, the first of these being - Baldins Knob Lock and the first restored lock by the trust. The last lock is Drungewick Lock and the Arun is just across the private farm field alongside the path and being only about some 150 ft away but you can't see it. You would have been better of walking the other way, as restoration work is being carried out at this time at - Gennets bridge lock and this being about the same or maybe just a little more than the distance you traveled anyway. B/A

@@britainAfoot thank you for the information. I don’t know too much about this area. Obviously knew the Arun and the Wey were there. My wife can’t walk too far or scrabble about if the ground is rough. Must walk longer either on my own or with my mate that I hike with occasionally. Always happy to stand corrected. Thanks.
