I’d say you do most of it with the bag but remove it at certain moments because your body will get used to the bag and how the ball is in it. When you keep switching it up the body needs to re adapt over and over therefore creating improvement in your handles

I get so hype whenever i hear or see somebody from Wisconsin man! I get my ball handling skills from having to learn to dribble in not only gloves but in a coat too lol. Now whenever i do behind the backs, the ball has this slight backspin on it because i used to have to compensate for the wideness of my coat and the lack of mobility my arms had. Milwaukee in the house.

the secret that many people don't realize when It comes to kyrie ball handling is his creativity and craftiness that he uses to get by defenders. if you watch him play he uses the simplest crossovers and dribble moves to get by you, but its how he uses them and the timing he has to deceive you to think he's going one way and then go the other. yea the drills work to better your ball handling but what makes kyrie kyrie is his craftiness and creativity with the simplest moves.

You also have to learn how to keep your eyes/head up as much as possible when doing crossovers, or moves, because good defenders look at that as well.
