While he is demonstrating in every way possible that he will not comply with the terms of the no contact order and thus probation, and the pre-sentence report tells us he isn't going to succeed on probation, we are just going to go ahead and put him on it anyway. Hearings like this are a joke, they just tell this dude he can get away with this stuff. He went to therapy to help his mental health up to sentencing, but of course made sure to give that information to his attorney so it could be used in court. I'm sure that was all just to help his mental health and not just as a gimmick for court.
Her bark is always worse than her bite. What a ridiculous sentence. He's dangerous. Why didn't she send him for a drug test? Not a chance he's successful on probation and she will partially to blame.
It was very last moment change of mind. It was his regular visits to a doctor that turned her around. Even if she had sent him in jail for few months, they would be back here again. It's still unlikely, but there's a small chance the treatment works. Otherwise, jail isn't going anywhere.
I'm starting to think the judges in Michigan get a cut for every person they place on probation. We have too many criminals on probation. This is ridiculous.
@@ameizl Overcrowding is an issue. But vast majority of cases you see on YT are in MI district /misdemeanor courts. He's definitely has a not so good lawyer... and being cheated on does not give him the right to touch her... but it probably has caused mental issues 😢😢😢😢

The guy's behaviour is weird, no question. But the fair thing to do is to find out _why_ he keeps moving and twitching, rather than assuming that it's merely because of overall lack of self-control.
This man is dangerous.. he has no self control
He’s either drunk and trying to appear sober….. NOT. Or, he’s in withdrawal and trying to keep it under control. Either way, he’s not right.
Ya i was thinking the reason he's cussing at his phone could be because his deal fell through. He really seems to be withdrawing to me.
