      Yes. I’ve had multiple, actually.
On one of my OBE’s, my first, I was playing in a HS football game. It felt off early on, the lights and the crowd seemed a bit of a blur to me - felt exactly like a lucid dream, only it wasn’t. I couldn’t shake the dream feel, which led to me disassociating from my body. I rose about 20 feet above my body, feeling even more like a dream, and watched myself play the football game - as if my body were on autopilot. I could tell you the exhaustive version, but I figure this will suffice. I didn’t come back into my body for hours, when I did, it was in the bus on the way home (long distance game). Apparently, I had been talking to a coach in the seat in front of me for a long time (which I have no idea what we talked about to this day). I just remember recognizing teammates and being overwhelmed with a sense of relief to be back in my body.

I have had several since 2019 but I think that maybe because of multiple traumas in a short span of time that year in my life. It is something I experience on a regular basis at this point and at first the experience was scary because all I wanted to do was wake myself up. Now I know how to navigate within the out of body experience so it is no longer scary for me. Each time it happens I can recall every single detail and write it down the moment I wake up.

I was a teenager at the time. I was sitting on the floor in the living room with my family around me watching TV. As I sat on the floor I was staring at the bottom of the TV not watching it (I rally didn't like the show but just didn't want to be alone) so I just sat there looking at the bottom of the TV and then all of a sudden I had an aerial view of the living room. Saw the tops of everyones head and the TV and myself. I stayed there for a few moments when I thought that hey I might be able to fly and at the moment I tried to fly is when I lost it and was right back in my body. And even though it happened many years ago I remember it like it was yesterday. Thank you for letting me tell my story.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear! That's so fascinating. I feel like as soon as you realize what's happening, it's over. I wonder if anyone knows the correct way to do this without instantly coming back to your body. This seems like a super useful ability.

I had open heart surgery in 2015 . When I woke up I had lost 20 years of memory. So as my memory returned over a couple of years I was haunted by this vision of being out of my body watching everything from above my body ! This began deep dives into the paranormal and finding the Mandela effect that absolutely blew me away ! There’s an automatic connection that is made for people that have large memory loss , our brains 🧠 connect to the Akashic records . I woke up after a few days of recovery from the operation with all this knowledge and lots ancient symbols that also seemed to be communicating to me so I had to research each symbol , the problem is there are atleast 3 meanings for each ancient symbol unfortunately I don’t know what they are trying to tell me even to this day ! One day I will get with a past regressionist and a telepath to see if I can decipher these symbols! Thank you 🙏 for your channel it has helped me greatly knowing I wasn’t the only one that was having the Mandela effect !!
P.S. I’ve never seen you do a Mandela effect on the human body or the earth 🌍’s positioning in the solar system and it’s alignment in the constellation plz look into these items, they would make really great videos !

I had an out of body experience about 9 years ago. It felt like I was watching myself through a screen. I'd shout at the screen to myself to do stuff and there would be a delay. My memory Also got fuzzy so I'd constantly ask a friend "did I just say this." "Did we just go to the store" "did I pay for my stuff" haven't had an experience like that since.

Yes. I was 5 years old and the flower girl at a wedding. I fainted half way down the isle. At that point, I watched everything happen from high above my own body. I remember seeing myself wearing a colorful outfit with flowers as the pattern. The wedding happened outside on a sunny day. I watched myself being put into an ambulance. At the that point I turned my head to the left and asked "what is happening?" they, an angel with a face I couldn't look at because it was made of light, said to me "you can come with me or you can go back." I asked "I can go back?" They replied "Yes, you can go back, or you can come with me." I remember feeling sympathy for my family as I said "I want to go back." They asked "are you sure?" I said "yes".
I remember it clearly. Perfectly. I recall details of the day now that others had forgotten and other details there was no way for me to know.

I did with a witness to me being in two places at once.
I was heavy into new age stuff prior to finding my way to Jesus (I always get flack from the Bible community for talking about this but I believe it was apart of His plan for me to get to know the unseen world that exists) and I practiced astral projection and lucid dreaming (among other things).
I was with my girlfriend (now wife) and we were relaxing on the bed. I had an inkling to try astral project while awake so I pictured myself getting up, imagining every detail like the floor temperature and texture, and walked to the bathroom. When I got to the door I looked back to see myself and my girlfriend (now wife) and immediately snapped back to my body. She freaked out as she looked up and saw me at the door for a brief second while simultaneously seeing and feeling me beside her. She continued to freak out because she swore she saw me get up and walk to the door, turn around and then she saw me in two places at once.
I explained what I did and she asked me to never do that again as it was too freaky. I have to admit it was pretty cool. I haven’t tried that again.

I fell off a horse when I was younger. I was not in my body when I fell, and it was as if someone threw polaroid photos of me falling off the horse, panning around giving me different angles from side view to front of the horse. these photos where thrown as if on a table, but everything was black. once i landed on the ground i was back in my body and had to move very quickly to get out of the way as the horse was falling on top of me. lucky that only my foot was caught by the roll of the saddle. The horse was ok. and my foot healed over time. I don't know where I went, I don't know why the photos looked like old fashioned polaroid's and i don't know who would take such photos as to be able to show the progress of my fall using a panning motion. I don't know who was throwing the photos in front of me. it is all very bazar and unlike other out of body experiences I have read about.

When I was 12 years old. I had gotten ready for bed and had just laid down. My eyes were still open, and as I lay staring at the ceiling. Suddenly I couldn’t move, as a cold wave washed over me from my feet up. I held my breath and closed my eyes as it washed over my head. When I opened my eyes I was looking at myself laying on my bed, my eyes wide. I realized I was floating, then it felt like a breeze started blowing me out of my room and down the stairs, right towards a big window. I thought, if I go out that window, I’m not coming back. Naturally I freaked out and was zipped back to my body. I was petrified, it took my half an hour to work up the courage to scream for my dad.
The rest of the story hurts my feels. So that’s it. ✌️

Yep, my 1st OBE was around the time I started getting sleep paralysis.
It was a stupid OBE all that happened was: when I was still sleeping in the morning I heard knocking at the door floated through the wall and saw it was my sister's friend and thought I'm in my underwear still I better get dressed rushed back into my body started getting dressed then realized that it was a phenomenal experience. I went outta my bedroom and did see that Stacey had in fact just got there. I was about 8 years old.
Sleep Paralysis is probably the scariest thing anyone will ever experience. It'd happen to me while going to sleep. You can't move and your trying to scream at the top of your lungs, but nothing is coming out. I'd always see this dark 6' silloute come in the room and grab my wrists and ankles while tossing me around the room while laughing a cold dark laugh and I can do nothing. This 6' shadow demon is commonly seen with people who have this experience.

*When I was younger I used to do inhalents & would often have out of body experiences and I specifically remember my consciousness/awareness returning to my body and I was looking down at my body laying on my bed and as my conscious awareness merged back into my physical body and I "woke up" I had this very distinct feeling/notion/belief that I had returned to a different reality like I jumped to a different version of 'myself' [if that makes sense].*
*Granted, I was on hallucinagens [the inhalents] and I cannot say that what I experienced was anymore than hallucination but it is interesting because at the time almost 20 years ago [I was like 12] I had never heard of any type of multiverse theory or jumping to other realities, quantum immortality [like your other video] etc so Im not sure where the thought came from that I had jumped to a different version of myself. But the best way I could explain it in the moment was like an 'intuitive knowing' that something was different and I was in a different version of me. [knowing isnt the best word for it because I dont know what it was but my perception at the time was that "Intuitive Knowing". Hard to expain]*
    *I experienced it multiple times.*

Never an outer body experience for me however I've had a few dreams that predicted something. The first dream I had was my fav author (Ellen Hopkins) wrtiting a book called " tricks". Sure enough, when I woke up that morning she made an announcement that she's releasing that book soon. My other one happened a few weeks ago, basically i dreamt of driving a semi transparent car and yesterday when I was watching reels on facebook I saw a video that had the same car from my dream.. it was really bizzare. The car one was about 90% close to how it was in my dream. The only difference was how the stick gear shift looked.

I even thought when I woke up, “I should make that dream into a book.” It was so vivid and fascinating. But I’m lazy and never did it lol. Then the movie came out and I couldn’t even believe it. It’s like they stole it from my mind. I still think about it sometimes. It’s so bizarre.

Once. It was around 94/95, summer and I was either 5 or 6. My parents set up a kiddie pool on the patio outside our trailer at the time. I had asked my mother if I could go swimming for a bit before dinner and she said yes. I went and got my trunks on and ran out of the house with that hyper kid energy. I did a leap into the pool then time seemed to stop. I noticed I was looking at myself mid-jump, just floating there in the air, I tried to look down at my hands/body but saw nothing. It was like being in a free-cam mode in a game or something because I could freely move around but still, for a kid, it was all rather confusing so, I went to try and tell my mother.
I turned toward the door and just kinda floated toward it, the door was open but the screen door was closed and I just -phased- through it like it wasn't there. I then floated into the kitchen to see my mother at the stove, frozen in place while she was stirring a pot of noodles. I moved closer trying to talk (I couldn't) and it started to click that time was frozen in this state. I moved in closer to the stove and I noticed the steam coming from the pot WAS moving but just very very slowly so it was more like time was slowed down rather than being completely frozen. But, as soon as I noticed the steam's movement -SPLASH-; I was back in my body as I hit the water in the pool.
I just sat there for a moment, gathering my thoughts before immediately jumping out and running in to tell my mother what happened. It was hard to explain and I'm sure it all sounded like a kid's imagination to her so she just brushed it off as nothing. But it has stuck with me, it is still so vivid.
A lot of weird "paranormal" stuff happened while I was growing up. Before this, I had seen a UFO (if you can call a giant, amorphous brown/red/orange ball a UFO) about a year prior while at my grandmother's house. I had frequent deja-vu episodes until I was about 17, I saw two shadow people/demons when I was about 12 (also at my grandmother's house), and about 3hrs of lost time that both me and my dad experienced (30min trip to the store up the road, we didn't stop anywhere else, we bought more xmas lights and came right back home to finish setting them up, we looked at our watches and it was something like "We left at 1:30, how is it 4:30? We were only in the store for 15min right?"). I dunno if it is thankfully or sadly, but this stuff doesn't happen anymore.

The only thing that freaked me out was in my 30's I met a psychic at a shop I was in & she told me I needed to stop doing it because I was spending so much time out in the ethers & creating some really beautiful worlds, but that I was not doing my work I was meant to do here on earth. I had no idea that someone had any awareness of what I was doing. That is what literally blew my mind. I did not really head her advise at that time.

Mine was similar to this but with a twist. I was with my dad when he lived at my aunts house when I was around 5 or 6 years old. I was in the bathroom taking far too long for my dads patience (lol) so he knocked on the door. My cousin was also there playing pool with him. I opened the bathroom door and walked out only to be seeing myself through his point of view, while he was talking to me. My body stopped moving and just stood there looking into my dads eyes as I was currently looking at myself. That lasted several seconds until I was back in my own body. I didn't know what to say or even how to describe it, and then got distracted when my cousin started messing with me. But yeah, weirdest experience ever.

So I've never experienced an OBE but I practiced Lucid Dreaming few years ago. I have never had it when I wanted but one time it happened spontaneously. It didn't last long tho...I panicked bc my heart was racing in my chest and I was scared that I'll die.
What I often had was not 100% lucid dreaming. I was aware that I was in a dream but couldn't control what happened there. What you described might be just Lucid dream or early phase of it. I had it too. I woke up, heard some noises, everything looked normal in my room but I started flying so I knew it was just a dream. Didn't see myself in bed like you did so idk.
I consciously decided that I didn't want the dreams anymore bc I experienced a lot of sleep paralysis which was normal bc I was conscious while falling asleep and also had more and more dreams about demons. Some even talked to me. I was so tired after them that I stopped wanting LDs and it stopped.

Although I consider my experience more NDE, you could also call it OBE. I drown at a very young age- then watched the scene that followed, just floating weightless (no body, or discomfort) about 5' above ground level and was given a choice (completely void of any judgement) if I was ready or wanted to return to my body. I was dead for several minutes before I was retrieved from the water by a lifeguard, watching as my grandmother broke down emotionally and cpr was done. Next thing I knew: She & I were walking straight to her car, entirely skipping the shower; weak knees, coughing, burning lungs and eyes. Fearful of my mother's reaction, she made me promise to never speak of this day again. Which I didn't, until after my grandmother passed.

  • @TheDankGiraffe
    @TheDankGiraffe 3 роки тому +5

My theory about your experience is that you just subconsciously manifested real life factors into your dream. Basically, you had a dream you were sleeping on your couch, because as you said, you aren't used to doing that. So maybe you subconsciously thought about how weird it was to be sleeping on the couch, instead of your bed, and then when you went to sleep, you dreamed that you were on the couch. As for your girlfriend being in the bathroom when you were asleep, she could have just unintentionally made a noise that alerted you to the fact that she was in the bathroom in a way that ended up in your dream. Like her shutting the door a little loud, and your brain associating that noise from that part of the apartment with someone using the bathroom. As for the whole out of body experience thing, that just sounds like something you would expect to see in a dream.

I have. It was one of the most scary experiences of my life. The cause for mine was sleep paralysis. I was floating above my bed...two dementor-like beings were around my body. I couldn't move or speak. Truly terrifying at the time. At least now, I know it's just a hallucination from sleep paralysis.

    • @HeidiSvenson
      @HeidiSvenson 2 роки тому +2

That may be true about the hallucinations but personally, I have had both OBEs and sleep paralysis all my life and the "hallucinations" do not seem like hallucinations at all. In fact, I have photos and videos of my "visitor"...she was a old, wrinkled woman, peering into my second story window (which means she either had a ladder or was 20 feet tall or floating) - i did not see her at first i just started recording with my iPhone, sweeping across my apartment because my cat was acting very strange and snarling and refusing to go into the room where her food was. It wasn't until after I watched the footage that I saw her...her face was awful, like one of those apple dolls they make, and her stringy snow-white hair was floating around her as if she were underwater. Her mouth was wide open, agape, with no teeth or tongue, just blackness. It was held in a horrible grimace as if she was in the world's most horrific pain. Her eyes were empty black soulless sockets, as well. She spoke to me telepathically. I had to hire a professional who was familiar with her (before I even began to describe her, she said, "An old lady - that's the hag. I know her well and she has gone back centuries." She said none of the usual "tricks" will work and the more you try to get rid of her or scare her off, the more intense she becomes. The parapsychologist ended up re-nigging on our appt for the exorcising at my apartment. Sher said the hag was too powerful for her and she was just too scared. I was furious because it got so bad, I was having to leave my apartment late at night and wonder the streets with my cat in her carrier, with nowhere to go. I literally had to sleep on the sidewalk in the middle of winter. Another time I slept at a 24-hour Subway shop I found. I know no one will believe me and that I sound crazy but, she spoke to me through telepathy for hours and even attacked me physically days later in a bookstore and I had a total meltdown and was sent to the ER. The parapsychologist said that it was clear to her that the Hag was not backing down and had a very important msg for me and that I had a "very strong gift"...I said I'd rather re-gift it, thank you. My aunt, who is a total skeptic, was at my apartment during this after we had shared lunch out together. She got to see first-hand what the Hag was doing to me and to my apartment with her own eyes. The flickering lights, shut down of all electrical devices, etc. So though I have had sleep paralysis many many times, I don't think the "visitors" we encounter are always hallucinations...
Anyway - my OBE was about 15 years or more ago. Before I tell you my experience, I wanted to say that the moment your story aired, All Time, I felt the most eerie sense of familiarity. The couch you showed and the blanket over it,,,,I got chills...because it immediately brought me back to the room I was in when it happened and looked almost identical. I was meeting my boyfriend at the time's faimily up in Washington state so we stayed with them for the weekend. The drive was long so when we arrived, I wanted to lie down for a nap. They put me up in their attic. I went right to sleep while everyone else was downstairs, chatting and putting presents under their Christmas tree, etc. I can remember quite clearly that I was suddenly facing the ceiling, about a foot below it, levitating high above the bed. I did not turn around to look at myself I just had this sense of calm and familiarity even though I had never had this happen. I stayed in that awkward position, facing up with my face just inches from the ceiling. It was a log cabin kind of place and I can still remember every little detail of the knots and markings and slats of the wood on the ceiling, which I had not looked up to see previously. I remember that I kind of "swam" my way down the ceiling in a horizontal position, with my back to the floor and just moving my arms like in a breast stroke would propel me forward. I could feel the wood on my fingers as I went across the room and to the door which led out to a winding stairwell. I just kept going, swimming with my arms, floating upside down, inches from the ceiling. I could see and hear everything very vivdly. I went down the stairs to the living room and could hear all of their conversations. Eventually I "swam" back up the stairs. I don't remember seeing myself or going back into my body but I remembered verbatim what had been said and brought it up to them to see if it was a dream. (I do not sleepwalk and the cabin accoustics with the door closed made it impossible to hear what people are saying downstairs. They were in shock because I was exactly right about their conversations. It has not happened again but I took note of your point about being in strange sleeping places and I think your theory about that is an interesting one.
Last thing - (sorry so long) - though I don't know how to keep from going back into your body before you are ready, I do use an old trick for lucid dreaming...just look at your hands.

When I was maybe 14 in high school, I was up extremely late doing a project for school, and I think I fell asleep at my desk, laying my head and folded arms on the desk. I remember my head was turned facing the right, laying on my left arm, so that I was looking at my right hand and forearm which were resting on the desk. I must have fallen asleep with my eyes open- as was sometimes my habit. (it's a creepy habit that people would point out to me sometimes.) I wasnt aware I had fallen asleep. I went to move my right hand, and I saw my right hand and arm move and separate out of my right hand and arm that was laying still on the desk, like a transparent double image! This shocked me and I startled awake, in that same position with my head on the desk facing right. The transparent arm vanished and it was just my solid right arm laying on the desk in front of me.
All of this took just a second or two but I remember this so clearly almost 30 years later..!

I think we’ve all had OBEs but most don’t remember. I’ve been actively trying but to no avail. My daughter has had at least one that she can remember. She remembers standing next to her bed and looking down at herself. When she realised what was happening, she went straight back into her body. I’ve had experiences where I’ve felt like I was falling into my body just before waking up. My head would feel weird and would jerk.

I did twice in 2013! First one was while I was taking a nap, feeling myself floating up my bedroom ceiling fan! The second one was vivid, I saw myself down the hallway seeing everything white, trying to walk somewhere upstairs to my bedroom but it shocked the daylights out of me! I was trying to get back in my body waking up freaked out!

30 years ago I woke up and rolled out of bed landing on my hands and knees. I felt numb and smacked my face but I couldn’t feel it. I turned to grab the bed to stand up and saw myself there sleeping and I instantly woke on the bed. I have never forgot this and it has never happened again although I regularly try.

No. So when you take a nap passed noon especially with some light shining in, you will have obes. How to know, When you wake up very cold and right before it happens you will hear like a humming noise in your head. Kind of like when u yawn. Your feet will go numb first then the rest of ur body. Then you can see through your eyelids. Like seeing stars through a telescope. There’s more

I had a half out of body experience as a teen in the 80s. I was on the couch using an Ouija board alone when I felt as if my head and torso moved up thru my head and just hovered there for a few minutes. Then all was back to normal.

When I was about 7-8, I had a weird dream. It was as if I was floating in the top corner of my ceiling, near the window. I was sharing a room with my sibling at the time, and I was looking down upon the bunk bed. The curtains were open, and the light from the moon was illuminating the room. It was a very boring dream, nothing was happening. I was just watching myself and my sibling sleep, from up there in the corner. I remember vividly which pajama set I was wearing, and how bored I felt watching it unfold. I told my mom the next morning, and she's been convinced ever since that I had an out of body experience.

The last time I went under anesthesia, after the proceedure when the nurse was pushing the rolling bed I was on back to the room, apparently I freaked her out because I was talking about "the dead bodies" lol. I dont remember it but my gf was there and told me about it once I the anesthesia wore off. Its weird that we can be awake and talking but not actually have our conscious awareness in tact. Or maybe it was just that my memory wasnt recording anything until the medicine wore off, Im not sure

    2 things:
    - Could your OBE actually have been a vivid, predictive dream?
    - I don't know if it's an OBE or astral projection, but I had a strange thing happen to me. (Admittedly, I had recently had some cannabis. But I never have gotten really high.)
I was laying on my bed like watching TV, but I had just turned the set off. I was thinking about nothing in particular. All of a sudden, I felt myself floating. My eyes darted around and I was half an inch to an inch IN FRONT OF my body. Starting to panic, I felt a jolt that slammed me back into my body. You may say that it was the drug that did it. But I disagree. I've never had that exact sensation before or since. Now I don't know what to call that, but I felt it... and it was weird.

Sadly the only thing I've had even close to this is one minor instance of sleep paralysis. I usually have good control over my mind and have been known to lucid dream but when I was younger, I had sleep paralysis and was actually unable to do anything.
I was sleeping on my side on the sofa, facing the back of the sofa so I couldn't see anything and I woke up but couldn't move. I immediately knew what it was but obviously couldn't do anything. I also could sense a figure behind me in the room, but wasn't actually that scared. I just ignored it and waited until I was able to move.
I wish I had more experiences like this but I'm still young and maybe I'd feel different if I had a bad experience.

When I was 16 I went in to have my tonsils taken out. Suffering from an allergic reaction my throat began to swelling shut, I was under anesthesia. I open my eyes hovering over the bed, i seen doctors and nurses scrambling to bring me back to life. About 45 seconds I laid there watching them us CPR then brought in defibrillator. The next the I knew I was waking up and my mom and doctor was there, they informed us that they had complications. I said that wad not a complications, he was shocked as I explained how rhe nurse was giving me CPR and the other dr was bringing in defibrillator. He was flabbergasted saying there was no way I could know that I was dead. Never happened again and I've die 2 more times since then on operating table. Weird

Looking at yourself sleeping is terrifying. I, however, saw a picture of myself on my iPhone 4, this was January 2017.. I was sleeping in the picture. I had no idea who could've taken the picture. It may have been my 4 year old niece but why would she go into my room early in the morning, and take a picture of me sleeping while sitting next to me and then never mention it? It's creepy to think how this picture of me sleeping could have been taken by my own phone.
