You would need to know more of the variables to be able to determine the speed of the object. It can’t be accurately done from the video data.

When they rebrand something it's because they want to change the narrative on it. Hence the name UAP and how it came out of nowhere. They changed the narrative on UFOs right after I heard Hillary Clinton announce that they are called UAPs now.

I disagree with the whole "Mehhh it's a UFO because that's what it was called when I was a kid!" mentality. Dude...there's more weirdness in the world than just "flying objects". There's all the shit under water, there's potentially intelleginet biological entities, unexplainable natural phenomena, and all the stuff surrounding portals/vortexes/quantum/dimensional that needs identifying. Why not use the term that is more all encompassing of the bredth of unexplainable STUFF? Oregon, in 2020 year after my awakening saw a huge fast multi colored streak from a Crescent shaped UFO. It was low, guessing 5k altitude, thought it was crashing, listened for the boom, yet none. The problem is that it's not an unaltered live video. You can see that the streets are added over the video, there is manipulation. So there's also the possibility that the UFO was added as well, either as a joke or an easy way to get attention. If it was CNN or a big channel, there would be no point in getting attention, and these kinds of jokes would be very difficult to get through. But being a small, local channel, it's much more likely.

We don't know the distance of the second object. Could have been a bird much closer to the camera
