I grew up in Arcadia and I really want to move back one day. There certainly many many mansions in Arcadia but this one is definitely the nicest I have seen. Great job Jacob, your videos are getting better and better with each upload.

The mansion looks amazing! Wish could have one! But frankly speaking, the layout of the inside and outside are remarkably well planned!! Stunning and exquusite and the interior walls, ceilings and floors are very spacious and well designed!!! Congrats JP for a job well presented and done!!!
Hello Jacob 😊 I know that this is a mega mansion but the front reminds me of the two story colonial that I grew up in in New Jersey. The chandeliers and wall sconces are simply gorgeous!! Of course I adore all of the marble and that movie 🎬 room!! The kitchen is stunning and the backyard oasis is stunning!! The landscaping and foliage and palm trees 🌴 are very beautiful!! Another fantastic tour 👍 Thank you and keep up the great work!!

I love the auxiliary kitchen. The suites are beautiful. Surprised at the King bed in that large space and not two queen beds side by side. This fills in the space better. I looked at the price history and can see when it was renovated. Is this a flip?

It's a nice house but it's a little too closed for me. There is a great lack of windows, when he walks in the corridor I have the impression that he is walking in a tunnel... a luxury tunnel lol. Even during the day you have to turn on the lights when you go into this house because it must be so dark inside. But still a nice house and it's yard is really amazing!
I’d update the lighting chandeliers on the 1st floor, update 1st floor power room, add a 2nd oven in kitchen, update cabinetry in guest house (kitchenette and bath) In this house I remove the gym (its too makeshift and make it a bedroom within en-suite. All the en-suite need updating. The sitting room off of the bedroom could be a small workout room.
