Uday is working as project manager in Teach for India organisation. He also worked as a teacher in the past few years where he taught many students how to overcome difficulties in their life. His teaching was always experience sharing teaching. In this talk, he tells us his life journey where he faced many rejected due to lack of English speaking & Communication skills.
Most of us have been through a phase in our lives where our self-confidence and self esteem took a backseat. But if we have the right amount of self esteem and personal development goals, we can develop the confidence to believe in ourselves. Uday was also one of those boys, who was dealing with questions like how to be confident in English & communication, How to build self confidence and how to overcome fear in his life. He always strived for self improvement and wanted to build his self confidence, which he later succeeded in his Teach for India stint.
