Great videos and thank you for your comments, sadly ppl aint neutral. AEW is really a cult, its always great to hear what you have to say.
True. Anyone that dares question or criticise anything involving AEW is a hater that wants AEW to go out of business. Yet these same people never have an issue or say these things when WWE is criticised. These people are not neutral.
Aew is a cult. And if you criticize them or share your opinion you’re a hater and hate wrestling.
No Conrad? Awesome!
Fucking BOOK IT!!! Eazy-E vs MeltZar
Eric beats the shit out of Dave on a regular basis with facts and verbal acumen.
Eazy e vs the snowman lets goooo 😂💪
I swear this whole Brandon Thurston bit was a satire commentary of meltzer’s reporting
Love Wise choices u the man Eric
Eric's comments about Brandon potentially being legally liable for sharing confidential information he may have received by accident is nonsense! If he is not an employee, he would not be subject to the HIPPA act or charged with sharing trade secrets. I am shocked that he would suggest something so ignorant. If I stumbled across KFC's secret receipt, I would have no legal responsibility to keep it quiet, if I were an employee, then that's a different story.
HIPPA? That's to do with health issurance lol. I don't know what disclosing a person's medical records has to do with anything. You're confused and appear to think Eric Bischoff said something he didn't say. So while acting like he doesn't know what he's talking about you published your own lack of knowledge on the subject.
@@franklingoodwin Um, he mentioned HIPPA too. He mentioned it in passing, so I included it in my comment. Pay attention before you attack people. And you never disputed my comment about trade secrets, so why bother responding? Hit the "like" button or reply with a contrary comment, it's not complicated.
@@franklingoodwin Also, HIPPA isn't about health insurance. It's about health records. I had years of HIPPA training as I worked at a pharmacy.
The first Imminently I remember was fall of 22 from Zarian, and it went into overdrive with the "BILLION DOLAR DEAL" from Dave and Zarian in May of last year
Andrew Zarian nailed this situation he's been on top of the from the start. Unlike dipshit meltzer he isn't in this to sell newsletters he has a real well paying job he just had alot of sources.
Andrew Zarian nailed this whole situation. He's not a typical wrestling journalist as he doesn't do reporting to sell shit he has a real job. I'd like to know his sources because he nailed shit long before anyone else.
@@PIP-zf9yb "Andrew Zarian nailed this whole situation"
Zarian is literally the person who made "IMMINENTLY" a meme from how many times he said it was coming over 2 years
@nateputerbaugh5709 incorrect no one has been more right about this then him period
Lmao are you number 1 shill? Meltzer and SRS were right than him @PIP-zf9yb
Halloween vibe to open the show? Love it!
😂😂😂exactly
Bischoff vs Meltzer: this generation’s version of Cornette vs Russo
Dave Meltzer hasn’t, won’t answer the $64,000 question; with the new TV deal is/will AEW be PROFITABLE?
Snowman spends over 200m on talent alone; plus all other paid employees under the AEW umbrella. Trainers, doctors, HR, legal, event staff, the friends of friends.
Then there is their atrocious YOY TV ratings, their abysmal LIVE attendance, their horrible merch and merch sales. The FAILED video game.
Someone please tell me where $170-185mil per year minus $300-500 million per year equals PROFIT.
Whatever Tony Clown grosses, it cannot possibly equal a positive NET.
Neither Tony Clown nor the Joseph Goebbels of AEW, Fraud Meltzer will answer the ‘are they profitable’ question nor will any of the Snowman’s adoring ‘journalists’ ask him said question.
Tell me when I am telling lies.
Something tells me you love yelling "Woah"
its crazy, tony needed to sell is share to get ''a decent deal'' but only for 3 years so he sells is ''share'' for 3 years just because of is ego
U fool
Amazing episode
Love your show eric your the man
DOES anyone actually take Dave seriously? I didnt know that anyone did.
I think time has and will continue to show that overall, Eric is right. AEW will not survive long term, if it keeps going the direction it is.
U said dat 5 years ago huh
@@kennethgrahamjr5597 I want it to succeed. But it’s feeling more like TNA than a competitor or alternative to WWE.
15:53 Meltzer is a buddy of yours? Man, you’ve lost all credibility. I will continue to listen because I value Eric’s opinion
Im wondering how it will be a profit if they've been losing money for 5 years ... thats 5 years of debt that we dont even know how much is
Nice
I honestly don't know their books so its hard to say what they make or lose. I think they have a billionaire with a pet project running things
AEW got yall shook.
I really do want to know how he can station himself as a journalist if he has 3% equity in the company
I would love to have seen Eric’s reaction if the deal haden’t happen. I have a feeling the self congratulating would have been off the charts.
Also Eric highlighting Tony’s supposed love for attention is hilarious considering Eric’s history in wrestling.
Moving the goalposts with Eric bishoff
Aew is moving backward in viewership. Let's be consistent
@@RunandLift2 and yet they still going to make half a billion. Now if Eric is so good at this, and so connected to networks, and they apparently are just throwing money away. Why can’t he do exactly this on his own. Or with investors. I’m sure a lot of people would be in on it
@@grimmes1159 He already did. It was called WCW. It was 200x bigger than Aew
@@RunandLift2 you mean the company this dork ran into the ground and then tries to blame Russo for. Your talking about that company right lol
@grimmes1159 No. I'm talking about the company that beat WWE over 100 weeks total and 83 in a row. And drew 3 and 4 million viewers. And had Goldberg Hogan on a non ppv. The one that got the plug pulled after the merger because they didn't want wrestling anymore
That one. Who do you listen to for your info? At least know the backstory. I watched WCW from 1989 until 2001. WWE and ECW were also on the menu. Back then you didn't have so many clowns trying to gaslight you. The level of disrespect is unreal. Mostly from edgelord Aew marks who can't handle any criticism. WCW was way more successful than Aew ever will be. Because WCW didn't cater to one group of fans
AEW fans were right again. Eric was wrong again. Same old same old
This is one of the more sadder attempt at coping.
Who's coping??
Who's coping?
This deal is still not gonna help them with ratings and ticket sales....And they still will never beat WWE at any capacity....But goooo OOOOON!
You should see how the Edgelord Aew marks are coping with NXT beating Dynamite by 195k. That's a wild cope. You ruined the word. Tkenks
@@RunandLift2 I like AEW but I don’t think it’s wise for the hardcore AEW marks and Dave etc to be acting soo smug.
All we actually know is both sides have refused to reveal the figure. Tony would be all over twitter bragging if it was such a high number. Plus it wouldn’t have taken so long to get done.
Plus we know Tony and Dave have both lied to make AEW look better (The Wembley attendance).
Like with the Wembley attendance the real figure will come out at some point.
@georgeh4171 THANK YOU! I have said all these points. Especially the lying about attendance 2 years in a row. Yeah, there is language that makes me believe the same. Plus, doesn't WBD own part of Aew now? I have been insulted by so many hardcore marks just for saying the number sounds questionable
This is such a disgusting rant, I’m ashamed of you, and am never, ever watching you again. Just admit you were wrong. You should be ashamed, but you have no shame.
Wait...there's a tv deal😂.I thought Bischoff knew everything
Why would it matter if he did own 3% he's not doing anything illegal he's giving his opinion on a fake sport about two guys pretending to fight why is this taken so seriously whether he's right or wrong it's completely irrelevant
This is 45 minutes of deflection. You were wrong. Spectacularly so. Acknowledge that and admit you didn't know what you were talking about. You're wrong about a lot. You also said WWE was going to WBD. You're really bad at this
Pathetic attempt at face saving, its bizarre that the serial bankrupt lectures the billionaire on losing money, lol @save withEric ,
Is common sense that this deal should make them profitable. If you believe Brandon Thurstons report that aew lost around 37 mill last year and they are getting around a 100 million dollar increase unless they are magically losing 63 more million since then they will be profitable and some point common sense has to come in play.
What did they lose the year before last year and the year before that? Debt adds up.
@natedogg1979 lol we are talking about if they will be profitable for a certain year bud. Ner every start up loses money for numerous years. Aew is doing better then anyone could have imagined. People are so ignorant to thus stuff it's unreal
@@PIP-zf9yb startups, when done correctly, begin to make profit....even with this deal, common sense dictates they're not profitable...at best, they're breaking even and that's doubtful....especially when you consider payroll for talent and everyone behind the scenes and their production costs for the year. When it's rumored that 2.....read that...TWO people are getting paid about 14mil a year.....so two people account for 28mil.....and then there's the rest of the talent....Considering they don't have much in merch as in toys and the like, they're getting minimum there....a video game that flopped hard and pretty much have to start from scratch again if they go down that road again....common sense says the company is not run well....common sense says AEW is nothing more than a tax writeoff for the Khan family at this point.
