    Thank you sir for ur best demonstration.. sir what if we put the cursor on one edge of MV and go through all the LV and finish it on the other edge of MV . Both for 4 chamber and 2 chamber and then conclude with final percentage ??

      Thanks Dr waziri. if we don't use Simpson from cal, we should do that way you said but it takes more time (I explained it in another clip here: ua-cam.com/video/hrsuDyOvKqM/v-deo.html&t) . and yes EF will be evaluated by both A4C & A2C

      hey sara !as you know this one done by teicholz tech that by measuring LVID in diastole & systole machine calculate EF . and for many reason is reliable. maybe I'll prepare a short clip for it

    Well it is easy to make Simpson when you have clear echo view like that

      and if you don't have enough border don't do simpson, go with contrast , very easy. That is one reason we use contrast study 🙂

    Excuse me, BUT this heart has an EXCELENT contractility and the EF cannot be less than 60% (i, personally, would estamate the EF in this patient at ≈ 65%). How can the EF be 51% and the heart with an excellent contractility have a mild systolic disfunction ????????
