Rachel- I am an EL teacher in grades K-6 in Indiana. I have recently discovered your videos and use them with some of my older students and parents who are learning English. I love them! They are a fantastic resource- even for me. I have learned some really wonderful tips to pass along to my students. Thanks so much for all that you do! :-)
Hi Rachel, this is a GREAT video! I love the video's featuring various phrases to express your points while showing the viewers how to pronounce them. It packs a punch and I truly enjoyed it!
with these kind of video, it's much easier for me to be fluent, even like natives. Don't have words to describe how helpful this is. Thanks very much. it'd be GREAT if you make more videos like this.
Hello Rachel! I just looooved this video! So full of grammar contents and examples of real spoken American English. This kind of video (footage of a real situation) is my favorite one hands down! Thanks so much for teaching me lots of new things today. Stay safe and stay well. Best regards from a delightfully cloudy and chilly São Paulo! 😊
You are the best English teacher here Rachel! Your videos are so full of usefull and interesting content. Reductions and intonation are indeed an ace in the hole and you teach us how to do it in such an easy and natural way. Every time you post a new video, I get eager to check it out and excited to find out what's coming next. Thanks a lot for helping us improving our speaking!
Hi! Rachel thank you so much for this video, every single video you upload on youtube is very helpful, very easy and very informative, love your channel, stay blessed and happy.
Teacher good evening, is very good to hear you pronounce, because we who are learning are much easier and the right way !!!! You can spend some verbs from day to day to correctly pronounce hugs !!!!!!
Oh, I love these videos with pieces of real life. It reminds me the time when I was working as a seller and a waitress in the United States during the Work&Travel program! So nostalgic 🤗
It is definitely worth it every single minute invest it in your excellent class, thanks much Rachel.. ( you can’t imagine how your lessons had been impacted my life) thx again
Cuteness overload in the back of your car! 😍😍 Sometimes I see myself as Stoney repeating everything you say! 😂😂 Actually I liked this lesson very much, Rachel! Thanks so much! 💜
YES, IT'S WORTH IT TO LEARN RACHEL'S ENGLISH. By the way, I don't understand this saying:" When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile" Please tell me what it means and give me some examples. Tks, Rachel.
Thanks for your comment! :) It means that you cannot resist chocolate. The word 'futile' here means 'useless' - so it would be useless to try to resist chocolate. If you loved ice cream and whenever you saw it you needed to eat it, you could say the same thing: ""When it comes to ice cream, resistance is futile.""
Hi, Rachel. How are you? I just want you to know that I love your videos(I learn A LOT with you). And it is my intention to join your academy again in the near future. Thank you for your videos
Dunno how you memorize stuff, but that's how I do it. I tell myself stories. They're not a run of the mill or they blow or they scuk or anything like that. I like my stories. hahahahah Rachel, you're awesome!
Mills run. That is what they do so when you see a mill running, there's nothing special there. It's just a run of the mill. Cool. Didn't know this one, Rachel.
Rachel, please can you do a Ben Franklin video again/ maybe from chilling adventures of Sabrina from Netflix (caos). I always find it so interesting how elegant and smooth their English sounds like and pretty much their rhythm is what amazes me...... miss those kind of videos so much. But yeah nevertheless you’re awesome, your channel is wonderful and thank you so much for making videos for us

Explain me or explain to me?
Hi! You would want to say "read to me" or "read this to me" // "explain to me" or "explain this to me".
Sometimes i hear native speakers say read me a story
Is this grammatically correct,? So i can say explain me the stuation?
