Welcome! Thanks for stopping by! Hopefully not ruining too much, haha! Hack actually isn't very threatening anymore since the ability lockout only lasts 1.5 seconds, but it definitely does sting if Sombra is interrupting an important ability like an ultimate. Good luck with her, her kit is a lot of fun!

doesnt hacking increase virus damage too? i thought you couldve hacked the zen before virusing them and won the 1v1s
Just increases the impact dmg, not the damage over time, though it does increase the tick rate of it aswell
That's a good point! The fight that you saw there with Zen probably would have gone different if I had hacked first and then hit him with Virus afterward because a hacked target will take faster damage over time from a Virus than an unhacked target. But I generally find the element of surprise to be more valuable than the faster damage over time. So, I will often go for a Virus first and then shoot, especially when you have such a reliable hitbox like a Zenyatta. It just so happened that this time I got a little too close and the Zen got some good shots on me.
