Like the rest of Draper, the Suncrest community offers different price points depending on the property. You will find townhomes in the high 300s to low 400s, and homes well up into the millions. Draper as a whole, is a great area with terrific schools if you still are raising a family, or if you fall within any demographic (bachelor, retiree, newlywed, etc).
