    Tung Lo Mo is quite similar to Chinese sausage, but the entire ingredient is beef.
    The Cham cows must be newly killed, warm, 80% of lean and shank meat will be used and 20% of fat being separated from tendons, grind them with back peppers, and spices, a little bit of cold rice can be added to make the special sour taste. After being stuffed in dried guts (or tofu skin), the Tung Lo Mo will be dried in the sunlight. It can be grilled or fried for eating, it's full of special beef flavor and the light toughness of the shank meat, really delicious. Cham people usually give Tung Lo Mo to their friends as a gift.
    I have also eaten Cham grilled rice cakes made by Ms. Ro Phi Ah, the flour is made from Kh'mer rice, then keep it with fermented rice and coconut milk. The cakes are really chewy, tasty and full of bamboo roots inside.
    The unflavored cakes are the most special, they're more chewy and less risen up because they have no sugar, eat them with the greasy egg and jackfruit sauce.
