The Wilson Combat grip module is head & shoulders above the stock Sig grip module.
I have an HK VP9SK (optics ready) yes you can buy a vp9 ready for optics and they make a holosun optic specific for the vp9sk

So this isn't the most current "X-compact" with separate optic plate & rear sight.?
Correct. This is one of the early models. Do the new ones let you keep the rear sight?

Wow 36 different models! The current "X-Compact" does keep the rear sight if you mount a optic.
New versions let you keep the rear sight. And the rear sight isnt so blocky. Just bought one yesterday at the Gun show
