Who voiced Agents J and K on the Men in Black cartoon? Oh yeah… there was a Men in Black cartoon! Go deep (and we do mean deep) into your favorite TV series of yesteryear… and the ones you may have never heard of (like, at all).

Jackie Chan adventures was indeed the best animated series based on a real celebrity!
i have some theories i want to do, on the show itself
you should check out mike tyson adventures
Alberto Garcia good point and doesn’t Iron Mike do his own vocals?
@@brucebickley6866 yes
Uh, have you not heard of Chuck Norris: Karate Kommandos?
I remember Jackie Chan Adventures on Kids WB. It's one of favorite shows right next to Men In Black: The Series, Pokemon, Batman Beyond and Static Shock.
Me too love this show as a kid
Absolutely 👍
I love waking up Saturday morning and watching Jackie Chan adventures and all the other cool shows on kids wb
The company that animated it Adailale Animation was the first Animation studio setup at Sony Pictures under Columbia Tristar Television. The also.did MIB the Series , Godzilla The Seriea, Extreme Ghostbusters, Jujmjni the Series, and Dragiontalea. Before they were folded in to SONY Pictures television. There closest related company at Sony is the Image works spin-off SONY PICTURES Animation
@@JeffreyPiatt Cool. I want to make an animated movie based on Men In Black: The Series
Jackie Chan Adventure's probably was one of the last cartoons that had a positive message at the end and where kids could ask him real questions and get real answers. Great show that I loved on the WB.

Do you think you're a good person? Take this short survey to prove it!
1. Ever stolen something?
2. How many lies have you told?
3. Ever disrespected your parents?
4. Ever looked at a man/woman with lust?
How many of these did you do? Did you do some? None? All? If you did none then congrats! You're a good person 🙏! If not, there's still a free gift you can receive if you read below!
These questions come from 4 of the 10 commandments, which are God's moral law that represents His good and perfect character for us to follow. If we've even broken ONE of these laws, then we fall under God's punishment. God set aside a place for guilty sinners called Hell and another place for the righteous called Heaven. In the Bible, Jesus describes Hell as a place where there will be "weeping and gnashing of teeth", which is not at all pleasant! It is also ETERNAL.
Maybe you think "hasn't EVERYONE done at least one of these things? Then isn't everyone going to Hell?" That would be the case, if God wasn't so merciful. You know how merciful He is? He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and SAVE us from God's punishment of Hell by taking our punishment in our place! Since he did this, all we have to do is trust that Jesus died for our sins and turn away, or repent, from our sins (Romans 3:23-25, Romans 10:9-13, Romans 6:15, Acts 2:38)! This is not a joke, please think about this, because tomorrow is NOT guaranteed for ANYONE.
SUMMARY: You and I broke God's law and deserved to be punished FOR ETERNITY in Hell, but Jesus Christ came and died for our sins as payment to save us from punishment. All we have to do is trust in Jesus for what he's done and repent (turn away) from sin and we can be right with God and go to Heaven!

There we go
Bankkey Aoshi aye yah!!!
"No more things!"
Aiya!
Wow, I miss Saturday morning cartoons. I really wanted all those talismans as a kid. His uncle saying "AI-YAAAA" is still burned in my mind.
“OnE MoRe ThINg!!!”
We must do RESEARCH!
"Aiya" is literally what every Chinese person says in the place of "oh no, "whoa", etc.
I used to work with an old Chinese lady at Panda Express and she would say that at least once a day 😂

As long as that doesn't lead to some sequel or spin-off, sounds good.
We can't let them fuck up Jackie Chan adventures like they do everything else

Jade before she became Azula, The High Priestess, and Catwoman
Holy f**ck, she voiced Azula?
@@AbridgedPwned I hoped she did but a quick search on IMDB proves otherwise. Azula was voiced by Grey Griffin. Jade was voiced by Stacie Chan(no relation to Jackie).
yeah, no. In the video it says it was played by Stacie Chan, who retired from voice acting
@@AbridgedPwned I think he meant in appearance
Jackie didn't voice his own character because 1) His english wasn't/isn't perfect for a long running cartoon series for children. And more importantly 2) He was busy making movies all around the world, so his schedule was pretty booked.
I always liked the cartoon voice anyway! The real life clips at the end always seemed strange to me because his real life voice sounded so different from the cartoon voice. So, I had suspected he wasn't voicing the cartoon xD
Mainly because of him being booked. They filmed all of the end questions for each season at once lol. He doesn’t mind his English. By that point he was English dubbing himself in all of his films
@@aquaticlibrary Yes, he was dubbing himself for his own movies he had done for the western audience. Usually with an English pronunciation guide next to him, and lots of focus to get the dialogue right. He himself joked "I hate English" in one of the behind the scenes dubbing video. I don't blame him since he could speak up to 6 languages. English is one of the tougher ones to master.
Now add that onto cartoon animation voice over that is a different kind of beast, where you have to pronounce things more correctly to be understood. If he was available, I'm sure he could do it, but voicing full seasons of animation is different from dubbing a 2 hour movie that he himself already starred in.
Thank you captain obvious.

Ah the Jackie Chan Adventures cartoon. I loved this cartoon as a kid. I watched it every Saturday morning on Kids WB. It’s because of this cartoon, that I know of Jackie Chan’s existence

Jackie Chan Adventures was one of my favorite cartoons. It's structure of having a new macguffin every episode was brilliant to keep you from losing an episode, because you would always be curious to know the power of the next talisman, or how the next demon would look like, the next mask, and also were they would find those things. It always had a bit of mystery in each episode.
"You want a peice of Uncle?"
Uncle and Toru were just the best back then XD
U spelt piece wrong, I mean your keyboard.
dang. this show is 20 years old. im old...
Same
Wait did it come out in 1999 or something?
No if he said 20 years old then it was in the 2000s
Only OG’s remember “Toonzai”.
I loved this show. It was a perfect blend of adventure, comedy, martial arts, and supernatural mysteries. _One more thing,_ It was also cool how they had mini interviews with the actual Jackie Chan at the end of each episode.
I knew Jackie didn't voice his own cartoon because he had a hard time pronouncing stuff in his films
@joek money he had like 1 paragraph of lines in 4 kung fu panda movies bro!
I think he voiced himself in the mandarin version of the show-
Also i was once informed non verbally by some friends of mine that Uncle’s “yu mo guie guie fai dit tsao” (idk how to spell it) chant is actually a real chant akin to holistic medicine or the warding off of evil spirits. The look on their faces when i spoke those words was priceless....
I haven't watched this since it aired on WB. When he said "if you haven't seen it in like 20 years." My jaw dropped lol
Jackie Chan Adventures is my favorite Kids' WB show next to Batman Beyond,The Earlier Seasons of Pokémon,Static Shock,Mucha Lucha and Yu-Gi-Oh! I laughing so hard when Tohru fell and rolled down the stairs in one episode.

I absolutely loved this show as a kid. I grew up watching Chan films. He’s a personal hero of mine. Police Story when I was a kid was life changing.
Loved this show, the animation quality for a weekly show was off the charts and same with The Batman which the same studio worked on were dope af : D
Jackie Chan was done at Sony Animation and The Batman was done over at Warner Bros Animation. The two shows did share much of the same design team and some of the story board artists though.

Man I couldn't get enough of Jackie Chan Adventures.. I love all 5 seasons.. wish it had more new seasons..
Shendu was the greatest demon in the show
I prefer Tarakudo over Shendu, those 9 tribes of Shadowkhan kick so much ass. Combine that with his telekinesis, shapeshifting and intangibility and you got a pretty formidable villain whose only weakness is onions, which only by knowing Japanese mythology would you even know about that weakness.
I kinda liked Tarakudo
Greymon 365 yeah he was cool
Yup and his voice was played by the same guy as Jackie.
Marc Lewis yup

Legend!
I can't believe he didn't say Adam Baldwin played Cobb in "Firefly" and in "Chuck" as John Casey. 😩😩 lol! It's ok I thought I add that in.
I mean, he also thought it was impressive that a writer eventually ended up on The Walking Dead, but had no positive thoughts about the writer who cut her teeth writing for Star Trek.
He was also Casey in Chuck and a major character in the Last Ship😕
there are plenty of antagonists in this cartoon who look like Ganondorf.
One episode that I still remember fondly is the episode of the Chi Vampire. Everyone began acting like a different character and it was hilarious. Jade acted like Uncle, Toru acted like Jade, and Uncle was a servant of evil due to his chi being taken. That episode was hilarious, and interesting. Although, I think one of the funniest ones was the one with the tortoise that had the hare talisman in its shell. The line of “Tonight I dine on turtle soup” always made me crack up due to how it was said.

I think Jetex was the channel name before it turned into Toon Disney or Disney XD or something like that.
God, I loved this series. This didn't introduce me to Jackie Chan movies, after all, my father loved Rush Hour, and my brother loved Rumble in the Bronx, but this series definitely solidified Jackie as my FAVORITE actor. You can tell that this was a labor of love, tons of references to his older movies, a complex story that despite drawing majorly on "Superhero" tv shows of the time drew even MORE from Chinese mythology. (The talismans are just consolidations of the traits known for the Chinese Zodiac, just powered up.) In fact, this series probably started me on my path of loving eastern mythology as part of it.

One of my favorite cartoons growing up. I would get mad if I missed a Saturday. I had to know what the next Talisman did and I couldn't miss
I just remembered that I watched this show with my dad when I was younger
As somebody who was born in 1988 one of my most memorable character cartoons would have to be Jackie Chan. And just the top it all off one of the only things I remember is uncle saying one more thing every episode hahaha
I remember this show well. It stood amongst some of the Titans (pun intended) of early to mid 2000's animation. In fact it holds up very well today
My favorite episode is Demon world part 2 were Jade gets the J team together and sends the demons back to the netherworld
naturally now at 3 am I just remembered this show and realized what a rich lore it had, although not exquisitely tied together from season to season, it really should get more credit for the world building, the arc where each part of the world is dominated by a different demon is genius, as is the idea of historical objects holding ancient magic, I wish some reaction/review channels paid attention to it
I just remember Jackie saying this all the time.. “ BAD DAY BAD DAY BAD DAY”

I'm okay with Jackie not doing his character's voice and I'm surprised you didn't know he didn't do the voice considering how much thicker his accent was in the ending scenes with real Jackie.
