Instagram allows its users to decide where they want a toolbar to appear on the camera screen.
Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:
1. Log in to your Instagram account and go to the home tab.
2. Click on the plus icon at the top of the screen.
3. Choose the Story, Reel or Live option on the bottom menu.
4. Once the camera screen opens, find the settings icon in the upper-left corner and press on it.
5. Now decide whether you want the camera toolbar to be on the left or right side of the screen.
6. After that hit Done in the top-right corner in order to save changes.
