I’ve been watching your channel for years. To keep my hair healthy I just oil it 1 to 2 times a week with coconut oil or olive oil. I have locs and I retwist like every 6-8 weeks; I’ve had locs for 10 plus years. My locs were long down to the middle of my back but they were heavy so I cut them up to shoulder length. I tried being a loose natural it was too much work. I’m a 80’s baby 89 to be exact, also having my first baby she will be in 3 weeks 🤗.

I also think that getting some sun will help your hair grow...kinda like plants need sunshine and water to grow. I was out in the sun a lot this past summer with my head exposed and my hair has never grown so fast.

I’m taking my prenatals, my body was so vitamin deficient and my hair hasn’t been the same since I gave birth 6 years ago. The prenatals have been helping.
Honey I can't help nobody bcz being natural had been a WHOLE scruggle !!!!! It's getting longer but I can't get it thicker and I'm a curly girl ... so when I straighten it, it's a waste by the time I walk outside. The humidity says "you tried it!" 🤦🏽♀️ I have my fave natural hair care but tbh it just makes me not want to wear my own hair out. I love your hair color, curls, thickness, and length how healthy it looks I'm jelly! 🤦🏽♀️😁

I’m trying to eat right dr. Nina but I do slip up I have changed my diet to vegetarian with my choice of fish way of eating. I too also make my own oil because I have fine hair so my oils are much lighter than yours. I love your videos ❤❤❤tfs

I've not had my ends clip in over 3 yrs but my hair is healthy and growing good but I have to watch hair washing in order to wash my hair is that good or bad
My hair is forever shoulder length, if I cut it all off,it comes back and stay in that length,, I need a miracle 😂
