I really feel like Ferb never got the same amount of spotlight as Phineas and Candace, it feels like the show always made him look like a sidekick or a shadow for Phineas, i don't think it's his quiet nature's fault, i just feel like they didn't treat Ferb too nicely, although he has great moments and lines, sometimes, just wish we got more Ferb focused stuff, your thoughts?
He didn't! I agree we could've used more more Ferb-centric episodes. Imo the reason he doesn't get focused on is because half of the fun of his character is the mystery around him

I watched Fish Hooks when it was airing and some of the stuff in that show creeped me out so much that I blocked out of my memory until I saw someone mention it on Twitter recently But I was also 12 when that show started and I was creeped out by a lot of things back then, so I don’t think I’d be creeped out by it now hopefully

Yo, whenever you get the time, definitely check out Mystery Incorperated. It's probably the closest thing to Gravity Falls out there and really developed the cast to a degree I don't think any other Scooby show has. Not saying it'll be one of your new favorites, but it is very much right up your alley.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit was a SMASH HIT with viewers. Yes it was VERY successful when it came out. People LOVED it, but it wasn’t an earth-shattering box office SMASH, like Frozen was.
I actually would not start on Phineas and Ferb with Rollercoaster. I mean sure, it gives you a general idea for the formula of the show, but some of the characters, particularly Phineas, just feel a bit off. If you fast forward a few episodes to like, Flop Starz or Oil on Candace, you get a better episode and a better idea for the series.
Personally i disagree the worst episode of Gravity Falls was Boyz Crazy that is the worst episode i think Roadside Attraction might be my 3rd least favorite episode it's hard to say what my 2nd and 3rd least favorite episodes would be there are 5 episodes i didn't like that much
Don't worry about not able to draw. Paul Germain and Joe Ansolabehere can't draw either and they created and worked on so many show, Rugrats, Recess etc..
I have studied time travel in cartoons quite a bit as well, and I think I've figured out some basic rules for the Dwampyverse: 1. Multiple timelines can exist simultaneously. 2. Characters can exist along with their alternate selves in the same timeline. 3. If someone points out that the alternate selves should not exist because the timeline is now fixed, the selves from the alternate timelines will pop out of existence. (When Phineas points out that Bad Future Candace should not exist in Quantum Boogaloo, and when the Future Cavendishes and Dakotas all pop out of existence in the Christmas episode)
