Really? It takes me 3 days just to get that kick drum sounding like that!! and I tried my cats doing the main melody and ended up peeing on my piano. My track sounds like a track of "mess of us"
A few suggestions from a personal standpoint would be: Enrico Sangiuliano Nicole Moudaber 999999999 Maceo Plex Loco Dice :) As mentioned before would also love a video showing your entire song making process from start to finish :) I think that would be massively helpful for people such as myself very new to the music making world :) Great content as always Big fan Keep it coming please 😊🔥

Jamie Vorne thanks man, holy shit you definitely helped with your comment hahaha May I ask for resources that you may know (books, websites, YT channels...) where I can learn more about effects in a way like your comment describes them? I guess doing individual research on each FX will do, but just wondering :) Thanks a lot mate!
Jamie Vorne yep, if you check my channel maybe you have an idea :P I can understand most of the basics and I practice daily with the idea of building up an interesting Live set I feel I really need to focus ob the quality of the sounds as I think I am still very far, but ob the way to get interesting sounds Through a good use of effects, knowing what each does to the sound and combining them in a clever way, something nice can happen 😝 So yeah, any resource that is not to basic and focused on FX theory and use is supee welcome and appreciated :) Thanks!
Jamie Vorne wow man, simply thanks for an amazing response! Lot to take in from this and for sure, deep experimentation, tons of patiente and everyday practice is the way 🤘🏼 Thanks a lot for checking my videos as well and providing feedback :) 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hi Hobo. Awesome content brother. It will be extremely interesting to see producers like Julian Jeweil, Matador, Oliver Huntemann and Sam Paganini, but their early versions. They hit the charts with some gr8 tracks. Thanks in advance 🙏🏼
Looks easy but the sound also comes from a good clever of mixbus compression/limiting or maybe even some OTT upward comp is mixed in parallel. I am not sure what exactly. you can hear that the FX tails are gained up. Also the drums sound pushed and saturated. So dynamic processing has been done here. Especially how it affects the reverb/delay is key for this video. At the end of the clip when the vocal comes in the kick starts to get washed away. Still very nice educational vid, well done!
I though that this "Hobo" channel name and the Hobo artist was a simple coincidence, but I CANNOT believe that is the same person! LOL Thanks for this funny videos and for your amazing music! best wishes from Argentina!!

😂😂😂 🐈
Haha that was gold. C'mon man, don't leave us hanging like this. You gotta make another one of these for old times sake.
I bet that You are a ghostwriter for a lot of artists xD
If you use a ghostwriter, you're really more of a clown than an artist looool
Shogunai well then every major producer is a clown 🤣🤣
This is not mainstream honey, we don't do that here
@@actualdeedash You know nothing! You'd be surprised
@@aaronpelaez6677 well yeah some the commercial ones do use ghost producers, my bad. Tale of Us is a wrong video to put this reply.
Came back to this after a few years and laughed my ass off again. Brilliant, brilliant content. Would like to see more for sure! Cheers bro

These are all great tutorials, even if they are taking the piss out of the formulaic approach to the artists production. And the editing is brilliant.
The Acapella suspense.. holy shit that was amazing
I'm speechless, just brilliant 😄😄... the suspense part was awesome.
Video probably takes longer to produce than music
Same thoughts

in contrast to, like, real music videos? I always wondered how they get their release vids up so fast. But they probably pre-shedule them.
Haha, this was awesome! Hollywood suspense right there!

If you're taking suggestions, you could some more 'artsy' producers like Burial, Aphex Twin and such. Could be a real sound design masterclass.
