Ingredients:
450 g (1 lb) minced beef
3-4 potatoes
1 onion
1-2 carrots
Olive oil or any
Salt, pepper, oregano
125 ml (1/2 cup) water
Sauce:
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp flour
125 ml (1/2 cup) water
Parsley
pinch of salt

Ma'am, very nice recipe young lady, I've never seen the sour cream & tomato paste sauce before, but I like them both so I'll try it. I like some sour cream, worstcheshire sauce & horseradish mixed into a sauce sauce, but that is an Irish thing & some folks may not like it as a sauce. I also try to find/buy greek oregano as I think their's is the best flavor
