An incredibly simple and delicious dinner. Cooking is very easy and quick. The chicken fillet is very tender and soft. Chicken and vegetables in the oven are very healthy and easy foods. Cook vegetables this way and no need to add anything. An aromatic and delicious dinner recipe for the whole family.
Recipe and Ingredients
Chicken fillet 1 kg.
Salt and pepper on both sides.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Fry on two sides.
Until it's golden brown.
Take the chicken out of the pan.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 peppers.
7 small tomatoes.
6 small potatoes.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Fry the potatoes.
Add onion.
Pepper.
Tomatoes.
Garlic.
Tomato sauce 150ml.
Reduce heat.
Water 100ml.
Salt.
Provencal herbs.
Mix.
Lay out the chicken.
Mozzarella cheese.
In the oven for 10 minutes / 200C / 400F /.

Un dîner incroyablement simple et délicieux. La cuisson est très simple et rapide. Le filet de chicken est très tendre et moelleux. Le poulet et les legumes au four sont des aliments très sains et faciles. Faites cuire les legumes de cette façon et pas besoin d'ajouter quoi que ce soit. Une recette de dîner aromatique et délicieuse pour toute la famille.
Recette et ingrédients
Filet de poulet 1kg.
Saler et poivrer des deux côtés.
Le beurre.
Huile d'olive.
Frire des deux côtés.
Jusqu'à ce qu'il soit doré.
Sortez le poulet de la poêle.
1 oignon.
3 gousses d'ail.
2 poivrons.
7 petites tomates.
6 petites fries de terre.
Le beurre.
Huile d'olive.
Fair frire les fries de terre.
Ajouter l'oignon.
Poivre.
Tomatoes.
Ail.
Tomato sauce 150ml.
Bear in the temperature.
Eau 100ml.
Le sel.
herbes de Provence.
Mélanger.
Disposez le poulet.
Fromage mozzarella.
Au four pendant 10 minutes / 200C / 400F /.

This was really good. Thanks. I made one small change. I didn't add any water and I put the temp on low and covered the pan and let the tomatoes and tomato sauce cook for about 10 minutes before putting the chicken back on. It didn't need any water in my opinion. It turned out great.

Ah, It doesn't explain if you had start the heat source on high, then medium afterward? For me, specifying cook time when frying is important. It does when placing pan in the oven. Q. Do the potatoes actually get soft once done cooking?
