In this video I'm playing with the Korg Volca Drum and making some techno and minimal house beats. I also added some synth chords in post processing to the song to add some interest.
It definitely does way more than I thought it would be capable of tbh. When I got it I for whatever reason at the time thought it would be more simple than the Beats or Sample but I’m fairly certain I’m wrong in that lol but, I don’t regret my choice of purchase at all lol. The v drum always helps me come up with ideas that I probably wouldn’t come up as fluently with other similar drum machines tbh
I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and still having fun with it. I liked the Volca beats also, but this is much more versatile and has a fresh sound to it.
It's so hard to find A) Videos of kit you're into and B) making tunes you like to listen too... THIS NAILS IT!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Nice jam, i feel the volca drum is quite underated it actually can do a lot and is quite unique
One day I'd love to grab the Volca Drum. It was a little too much for me to wrap my head around, because it does so much.

This would be an awesome addition to my drumbruite impact
cool beat!! 👍
Sounds good! Ordered mine a few days ago to add some percussion and effects to my DAW setup and looking forward to it!

Really good!
Hey, nice jam. I didn’t quite get where the bass was coming from at 1:01? Which knob were you turning to get it to pop out like that?
Damn, I was wondering how did you achieve such synth-like effect on volca, but then read the description. But still, a great video.
You're a magnificient storyteller.
Killer!
do you have a soundcloud account or something?
How did you add synth chords ?
he added it afterwards, post production.
I gave mine to my 4 year old, it's a toy.
