I was shocked the other night to learn that female make-up artists were not allowed to work in the movie industry. The make up artists union would not accept them. every culture has different values. the practice of usurping or heretic talk goes against conservative societies. india is not america where people angrily fight and happily make up afterwards. it's just a different values system. western civilization vs. middle eastern vs. asian. very very different values. and they ALL have some major negatives instead of just positives like being able to speak your mind. on the other end of the spectrum, you get men becoming women such as bruce jenner which is incredibly embarassing in one society yet totally acceptable in the other. you can't have it all. india is conservative but also brings some very good values with it and vice versa.
