Great video. I'll add here: Once you have one H9 MAX, you can license up to 4 more H9 cores as MAX versions, effectively giving you up to 5 MAX H9's. I'm currently running 3 of them. Alarmingly powerful.
I burst out laughing watching this just thinking about all the fun I could have running my synths and keyboards through this box! Well done review, I was already convinced but I'm way more excited now.

I'm not crazy about needing an iPad or computer to do deep edits, but it's a fair exchange to keep the footprint small.

Matrixbrute’s such a beast, and the h9 such a beauty. One thing that drives me crazy when you explained the midi mapping, that means that you can sequence the h9 from the matrix of the arturia, with its sequencer lfo’s etc and create a step sequenced fx line on top of the MB sounds , while a dfam is clocked by the MB , since there’s a sync cv out on the MB patchbay.......i have to try this tonight.

THOM AlphaXIII that would be awesome but I don't think that's possible by using the step sequencer mod row. It sends midi messages but how to link them to lets say ableton automation or a vst parameter?
really don't know yet , was thinking of mapping knobs of the MB front panel to vst's parameters ,and then sequence that same knob on the matrix, macro knobs for instance ? LOOPOP , HELP!!!!!! ^^
To the rescue! Yes of course you can sequence the H9 with a midi sequencer or a daw. You can also control its parameters with MIDI. Regarding sequencing from the Matrixbrute - using what - the mod row in the sequencer? Even if so that would only be one parameter. A Digitone/Pyramid/DAW etc would be more appropriate for that - and yes you could record the motions into a daw from the MB
