Our children can be our greatest teachers... all we need to do is allow them to lead the way to their truth. Mindful parenting asks us to trust our children in knowing what is best for themselves... our job is to support them so that they can learn to trust their own inner voice.
Today on Doodle to Connect we explore parenting our Young Children into Adulthood.
Also, I read Ch. 15 from the book "A Walk in The Wood" by Dr. Joseph Parent and Nancy Parent. In this sweet book, Pooh leads the way to being aware and present in this moment of time. Not an easy thing to do but with a guide like Pooh I find myself returning to this book over and over again. I hope you enjoy this reading and find it useful.
