Yep, I don't understand why people buy those cars and then sell it after a year. My C5 is 23 years old, I would not sell it. I would add anothe Corvette or Camaro to my Collection!😅😅

Great video man. I just got my z06 a month ago. There's no comparison to the stingray lol. The z06 is literally like being with a woman in bed and the stingray is sitting at the bar at the strip club looking lol. That's the comparison i'll make. Nothing wrong with the stingray. It's great for what it is. The problem is that now with the ERAY out which is basically a widebody stingray AWD, it's hard to justify the stingray purchase anymore unless you want the cheapest V8 sports car. Since people option their stingrays anyway you're getting close to the msrp of the ERAY or z06.
The sound of the z06 alone is worth the cost.

Just picked up my Stingray last month only to find out that I jumped 400 spots on the list with Macmulkin. My Z06 build is at 3000 status and may be here sooner than I expected but I'm pumped!!
What color will your C8 be? Do you plan to keep both?
@@cgarnerspeed252 I actually spec'd them similar. Exterior is Riptide Blue Metallic. I went with yellow callipers, seatbelts, and stitching. Z06 has the carbon ceramic brakes too.
I wish I could keep them both. But the Z06 was the end goal when I put the deposits for them. I'll trade the Stingray in for the Z06 but at least I get to experience and enjoy it while I've got it.

@@walterraulerson2986 I drive it! As often as I can for any reason I find. Once the real warm weather hits I look forward to getting it on a track or two. I'm only at 400 miles but I'm looking forward to driving as often as weather in new England allows!

picked up a c8 stingray this past summer, absolutely enjoy it but im hoping i can get a z06 built for next year. i had a c7 z06 previously and i just need the flatplane man. your spec is awesome !

I love my 2023 Accelerate Yellow Metallic stingray. I just turned over 3600 miles and picked it up from the museum on August 16th. AYM is 🔥 🔥 🔥. I would love to have the Z06 also.

Anyone know why dealers r buying so many 2023 z06 back? I was told by s friend that works for chevy amd said its to avoid lemon title tags. I’m interested since theyr readily available now at msrp, wondering if trade in my c8z51 lt3 is worth the risk of getting the z06…

C8 z06 are nice cars but no one seriously compares the cars. Lamborghini, ferrari, etc are built to a whole different degree of quality. Corvette just made it easier for people to get the silhouette of super cars. The v10 and v12’s in Lamborghini are not to be trifled with at all. Only corvette owners wish to compare to Lamborghini and Ferrari owners , we don’t choose corvettes to compare to. Nice car though
Dude...Ferarri..paint issues...sticky plastics...cracked header/exhausts..electric gremlins ..valve cover seals..etc. Lambos have their issues. Mclaren? Worst of them all. So no..being more expensive doesn't necessarily mean better build quality/reliability.

If I were to get a C8 Z06 that is the exact spec I would get. Love the color and accents. One thing I don’t like hearing about the car is that it looks like a Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. While true, the car should have its own immediate identity. Doesn’t detract from the car but not something I care for. Previous generations were easily marked as a Vette. For now, I will stay with my 2019 GS.

Great spec Bro. I agree with you on the black wheels! Sometimes they "cheapen" the vehicle if you know what I mean. Some black rims look very cheap, especially on an expensive vehicle.
