I picked up a hobby earlier at my LCS, and I hit a hand numbered oversized box topper of a Cal Ripken Jr auto. It’s pretty sweet.

This set is ok. But I find it weird to have so many rookies when we don’t even know Sprint Training. We even got series 1 coming out and will only have half the rookies.

This breakdown is amazing, I just bought my first round of TSC. I love the photography and card stock that is used on this product. By far it has was my favorite series of 2023. Most ppl are on to 24 series 1 but I am going to keep opening this product for another few weeks before I move on.
Out of all the videos you produce. I really do appreciate the content and thoroughness of these type of videos. It would be great to do these types of videos with all new releases.

Just a couple of notes. The pearl whites for the chromes aren’t new this year they have had them for a few years now. Also, beam teams have always been case hit inserts in stadium club, but common inserts in stadium club chrome (which is super weird).
I’ve seen Pearl whites in a few sets. I believed they are aren’t numbered in previous sets but they have good value.
What is the reason/value of Pearl? Like rarity or it has Tom Brady on it? Haha.
I got a case hit beam team julio Rodriguez rookie from standard stadium club 22. ...so grading that.
My favorite set to build of the year.
First, let me say, I love your videos. You have awesome breakdowns. Also, I love your spreadsheets. I feel stupid, just questioning you, and please correct me if I’m wrong. I so hate pointing out a mistake, but it makes a big impact on your spreadsheet. But I think there is a couple of errors on the spreadsheet. If you go down the “Compact” column, starting at the purple foil line, the cells are off by one. Some of those cells impact the pricing for the hobby box. For example technically the “First Day Issue” cell for the hobby box should be green, because the pricing for the compact cell should be $7,200 making the hobby box the cheaper option. I’m SO sorry if I’m wrong. Thank you, Scott B.

Hit a Bean Team Red Tatis and a Corbin Base Auto not too bad!
The compact looks rough, but shouldn’t the $/auto for that be $80?

I would put $50 on her becoming the biggest card streamer online.
As a test, I had my ex stream on twitch with no idea what idea she was doing. It was labeled:
“Hot chick playing MTG for the first time”.
On twitch that day she had 7,000 viewers and she was gifted $3200.
So I believe if I feel like getting a new GF, I should have her break boxes wearing minimal clothing. I’ll make Geoff Wilson style money. Haha
What to know:
You will get rookie autos.
They will be the worst of the worst rookie autos.
Cards look amazing, but all formats are disgustingly overpriced. I hit two red parallel inserts which are 1:257 hobby packs. Both pretty much worthless. Also hit a photographers proof which is 1:512 packs. Again, relatively worthless. 300 player checklist makes it hard to hit, so gamble at your own risk. Only thing guaranteed is that you will get some of the nicest pictures of your favorite players.
