He got a head start with his dad knowing people and then also being apart of Good Good...but yeah, his family is in tight with a lot of these people from what I've understood. No hate though, it's awesome.
That's a massive course to play in. Your short game was just pure. Love to see a drop like this to start 2024. Grant, maybe you should give the course rating as well in your break series because the weekend golfers don't know how hard these courses are.
How good is it, that the owner of the course is cruising around with you and giving the details of the course. Looks stunning and I can only imagine it will get better.
Such a solid round! Those 230 par 3s, 500 yard par 4s and the 650 par 5 are just brutal, but you did so well. Really fun to watch. Your short game was so on point today!
Haha every golfer has an ego to a degree. But Grant has a nice presentation for us. He is always aware of his scores which is part of it but that’s how we keep score mentality I am always aware of my scores even when it enters the 90s haha
Grant’s videos are very contagious and so much fun to watch. I most appreciate that my kids can watch without fear of inappropriate ,fowl language or content. Thank you Grant for your smile and encouragement to all age groups. The love of the game definitely shows through as you play and interact with your guest players. Let me not forget You also have an awesome , fun and supportive camera group. Very professional…. Keep up the great work!!!!!
This golf course is trippy. So flat and open. When the vegetation comes in it will be much more inviting. So industrial feeling as of now. Solid round as always buddy. Hope I get to play there one day!
I seriously doubt BDS are ever getting an invite there. Bob n Joey would shoot 150. And, I think the practice swing divots would seriously be frowned upon. It would be fun to watch though. Haha
Grant didn't actually say this today (though he's said it before), so I'll say it for him....If you're looking to shave strokes off your round (or handicap), or just want to save more of your rounds in the future, PRACTICE YOUR SHORT GAME...ALOT! Grant just showed you the impact a solid short game can have on your scorecard. Master class of chipping. Well done young man!
When you are waving your arms about the "Incredible view with the water, the trees...." we'd love to see!!! In fact, same on your pre-shot. it would be nice to be seeing the golf portion of the "Need carry THAT bunker..."...?" Which one? I can't see it! :) Keep refining your schtick!
Just finished the video. I have a feeling I'm going to watch this 20 times or more. The course looks amazing! Grants wedge game of chipping was pure. Hope he makes more chipping lessons on his other account. Well played Grant can't wait to see what you bring for 2024
+3 on a 7800 yard course you never played before, Impressive! That short game was on point! This video deserves 200k likes and another 150k subscribers!
Awesome course, fun to watch. Grant, have you ever tried to raise your hands on the driver. I studied the single plane swing and I used this past year with my driver and I have never hit the ball so straight. If you hit your driver straight on that course, you would have had your under score round. You have a beautiful swing. If your the type that doesn't like to mess around with your swing, totally understand. Just food for thought. Thanks for sharing this video!
Grant has the best vibes man. Sick course, awesome dude, really cool to have the owner’s son caddy and have the owner make an appearance. This vid is a win
Come play the RTJ Golf Trail courses at The Shoals. Both over 8000 yards from back tees. The Fighting Joe course 12th hole is a 715 yard par 5 and approach is all carry over water
So I work on pump stations for golf courses irrigation and Panther national is one of the courses that I service. Awesome to see you playing there.!!! Such a beautiful course..
I love the distance, I played Whistling Straights - The Straits Course about two years ago which played 8,000 yards.... I really enjoyed the distance and the challenge, it makes for a lot of awesome memories.... Sometimes the courses do play easier from the tips mainly because most hazards are out of reach off the tee. However, you do see some crazy stuff (i.e. 685yd - Par 5, 284yd - Par 3, 545yd - Par 4).... These holes are all in the Midwest so it's not like we're in Colorado with the elevation change since I know there are some much longer holes out there. When you play from the tips, "you're playing the course the way it was meant to be played; the ultimate vision of the architect." Eventually, there will come a day when I can no longer play from the tips so I will enjoy it while I can... It's not for everybody.

Hello how do you make such monthly ?? I'm a born Christian and sometimes I feel so down 🤦♂️of myself because of low finance but I still believe in God.
After I raised up to 325k trading with him I bought a new House and a car here in the states also paid for my daughter surgery (Tracy). Glory to God.shalom
Coming from Connecticut its funny to hear these guys be excited talking about hills, meanwhile here in Connecticut I can't find a course that doesn't have a ton of hills and a ton of trees.
Grant, just wanted to thank you for the content, thanks to your videos, I've went from shooting in the lower to mid eighties to now making my first hole in one to shooting higher seventies...thank you
Grant, by far the best play I’ve seen around the green today! Your scrambling was top notch! Panther National is beautiful and when it has fully matured is it is going to be awesome! Thanks for playing and it was enjoyable to see the course and see you play a great round on it!
Come play TPC Colorado- it's around 8000 yards with a 770 par 5! Will Zalatoris won here on the KFT. Plus side is you get a club or two extra distance with the elevation
I really do enjoy this format when you have a goal at the start. You were striking the ball so well, and the chipping was off the chain. Great video..........again
G'day Grant, that's one spectacular course. Thanks for bringing this for us. Little tip those drives that are leaking right looks like your weight is creeping to far forward with the driver, try 60/40 on the back foot mate .Cheers from West Oz (Australia)
Grant, if you want to do a lesson with me a 20ish handicap in Texas. I take lesson regularly but I still need a lot help with driver, woods and hybrids. More than welcome to film it as well.
I'm from Kansas City, Missouri. We have a course called Hillcrest. The first hole is a Par 3 and it plays between 240 and 277 yards. I get there thinking "Goodness. Not only starting with a par 3.. but also on a long par 3." I play for anything bogey or better. Then try to make up in the par 5s.
Absolutely gorgeous course, definitely going to be workin on my game with the dream of playin here. Congratulations on a great game and gettin to show off the course. Stunning 🙏🏼
Played Old Corkscrew Today. Jack loves to tempt you, playing his course you really need to be good chipping and play it safe. Your game is perfect for his courses.
You ought to be ashamed of yourself being the 1st person to divot those beautiful virgin fairways. No jokes aside, Panther is a thing of beauty, and so is your swing. Love watching your game progress Grant! What a privilege and honor it must have been to be the 1st to present and introduce Panther to the world.
Jack designed a course for Folds of Honor near my house. It was an old course and they removed 4500 trees and redid the whole course. They had to of brought in 500-1000 tons of sand which isn’t hard because it’s right by Lake Michigan. There is nothing except bunker’s, waste bunkers, water, and fescue. It’s a lot like this course except there is a bit more elevation and trees in some areas. I love playing that course.
When can I come play this course with you!? I love links style golf courses and I enjoy the challenge of playing in the wind. Looks like a great challenge. Love the challenging par 3s.
OMG, that shot on the fifth, with the island green!! If I had half your short game, I would be killing my home course in Norway with ease... All respect. Unfortunately I have to stay indoors to watch guys like you. Playing on snow is kind of impossible.
Absolutely loved this video..the course has been beautifully crafted by your hosts. They have really created something special at the Panther. I think you did the course proud with some fabulous golf.
What a round. 2024 is off to a hot start for Grant Horvat! Congrats man! We should go play in my neck of the woods one of these days.. Bandon or in Bend down at Pronghorn
The length on some of these holes reminded me of a shut down course in NC the Wake Forest Country Coub. Hole number 1 was a 710 yard par 5 that the second half of the hole was straight uphill.
Always enjoy your kids especially your personality. Grant, you are the twin of my son Michael and I just told him about this course and he said he is going to be playing it. Joe B
I believe that sand comes from a place near by Sand Ridge GC in Cleveland.... I was lucky enough to play there this past year with a member and he showed us this gigantic sand mound in the distance and mentioned that a ton of PGA courses get their sand from there
Noticed that on some of the shorter putts you don't use the CLAW grip. Is that just because they are tap ins or do you feel you have better control with a conventional grip from that range?
Ok I first impression through the front 9. Nice course , beautiful scenery , a lot of bunkers and very scoreable partially due to nice greens that are on the slower slide and not a lot of break. Back 9 impression , same as front untill you hit that first par 5 then that par 4 that is also super long , then the sneaky dangerous drive able par 4 , the back 9 is where the rubber meets the pavement . Nice course , nice round G.
Love the fact that they have made it Links style. Especially on an Estate course. The bunkers water is in play as much as you want it to be. So, you'll probably find your ball, just not always like where you find it. Speeds up play and less intimidating off the shorter Tees for the target audience. Very smart design. It's a tournament BEAST, but approachable mid handicap course depending on configuration. A real point of difference in that part of the world that I think will attract a lot of real players. BTW The chipping game was epic!
Maybe we can get a 1v1 with Justin Thomas after this :)
Justin Thomas is a crybaby.
Any video you make will be good
George just called, he’d like his shorts back ! 👍😬
Solid play brother 😊
that would go hard!
WOW! You know you're making noise in the content creator world when you get a gig like this! Congrats, and well-played.

I agree. Add the slope and rating. Its useful information for us👍
How good is it, that the owner of the course is cruising around with you and giving the details of the course. Looks stunning and I can only imagine it will get better.
Imagine designing an 8000 yard course over half a decade ago, building and completing only to be faced with a golf ball rollback lol.
That's the tips. It can be played much shorter for members and god forbid pros have to reach a par 5 in 3 shots.
I played one that was 8200 yards 15 years ago called Ross Bridge. It’s part of the RTJ trail in Alabama.
What’s a golf ball rollback?
@@jy31416USGA, not PGA, but yeah
Jack is one of the people pushing hardest for the golf ball roll back
Grant, you're lag putting and touch around the green are both something special! You should do a teaching video about both.
Such a solid round! Those 230 par 3s, 500 yard par 4s and the 650 par 5 are just brutal, but you did so well. Really fun to watch. Your short game was so on point today!
Solid ?! That’s a great round. Most golfers wished they could get scores like that !
Shame the course sucks
@@nickcharli1025what sucks about it?
Wow! Such a awesome golf course. Neal's and dad were cool. Thx for the experience Grant. Top notch
Does anyone else find themselves smiling a lot more when they watch Grants videos. His energy and smile is just so contagious.
Yeah, His ego is w a y off the chart.

This series has been brilliant! Great banter as usual. Very enjoyable to watch. Thanks Liam & crew.
Love the fact there are no trees, will make playing the wind very interesting. So many bunkers, can't wait to watch Bob Does Sport out there 😂😂
I seriously doubt BDS are ever getting an invite there. Bob n Joey would shoot 150. And, I think the practice swing divots would seriously be frowned upon. It would be fun to watch though. Haha
Grant did a video with Joey Coldcuts there. He played ok too.
you should do another video of touring the place! can't imagine how nice the facilities are.

The fact that the tips aren’t called the “J-tees” and marked out with just two black “J’s” is the only let down of this course for me
