Black Diamond is so beautiful. That’s the spot yo get the pool side bungalow for the lady and golf all weekend. They do bass fishing tours, archery range. It’s so nice
It's very rare that I watch a 50 plus minute video start to end without fast forwarding at some point. This was an easy watch, well done. The solo content is great. You should do that every month or two. The excitement and pure joy from you were great to see.
@@garretthamby6013 oh no, there are many that cannot express love out loud. You should be happy that you can do it, whereas there are others that really want to, but due to their childhood experiences and others, are not able to do it.

Don't let the bad days get to you! I'm just finding the feel again after a bad car accident last year. Thought I'd never play at the same level but I can feel it coming back round by round. Every time I play I write down three things I did well that day and it's great to look back on for motivation. Gratitude and positivity will carry you through. Love ya Grant.
That’s great advice. I saw a video with Tommy fleetwood saying that’s what his dad used to tell him when he was younger after a round. I’m paraphrasing but something like “golf is hard, at the end of each round just walk away remembering your 3 best shots. Take stock of those and create a positive mindset”. Something like that. As a beginner golfer, that’s what I try to do and it helps immensely.
22 years of rugby has caught up to me. I have some severe arthritis. Like you I will never be back to a 6 but I am improving. Writing down 3 things that were good in my game will help in consistency. If I write something down I remember it. I can see it will help my confidence. I am glad I read your post. Cheers and Good Luck 😊

Thank you Grant for sharing the details about your current golf game woes, I have been in the same boat for about 2 weeks now (worst scores in the last 2-3 years) and it feels good to know that you are not alone. I can feel the scores and the swings coming back though, we're pulling through. We just have to go for the safer vs super aggressive strategies until we get our confidence back. Hang in there and break through, I believe in you, we all do.

Even better course 30 minutes north of there. Juliette Falls is the real hidden gem in this part of Florida. Best semi private course in Florida period
How long has Juliette falls been there? I've never heard of it, I've played World Woods, Golden Ocala, and always wanted to play black diamond but never heard of Juliette.

I can't believe the elevation of this course. I'm a former FL boy and have never seen anything like it in FL. And I always play better when by myself. Get into the flow. Perhaps some constructive criticism concerning the editing style. There are a lot of unnecessary cuts IMO. Especially noticable in the cart. When you talk it often cuts to the next sentence and from the surroundings its clear you have barely moved maybe saving 1 second? I suspect its to shorten the video a bit or to keep attention for the tiktok generation. For me its mostly a jarring viewing experience and totallly not in line with your personality (easy going/relaxing). Just leave it out and let the golf and golf course speak for itself or maybe some B-Roll.
I love how Primo is affordable! The other UA-camrs are charging $80 for a polo. I will totally support your brand! Congratulations! I also picked up the Arccos sensors and am enjoying them! Keep it up Grant!
One thing about so many You Tube golfers is their relationships with their Dads. It's nice to see and it apparent in so many of the top young guys on You Tube golf today.
I like the solo golf for the fact that the angle of the shots and editing is on point. Watched a few golf videos that didn’t have fly overs and quickly started watching something else.
Grant Primo polos are some of the best on the market. Don’t change much. One thing that you should never get rid of are the buttoned down collars and the rib that is in the collars. Both make the shirt look sharp. I am looking forward to seeing new patterns. Also, the price is reasonable and a good value compared to others. The ironed on logos do peel off the left chest occasionally.
I cant watch anyone play solo but Grant. Its even better than some match plays where opponents arent good enough. He is just so focused and enthusiastic about every shot that it makes it compelling.
Golf and fishing are two sports that really do have a lot of things in common. You’re outside in the sun all day or in extreme weather conditions and just like the shirt you’re wearing to protect you or to feel comfortable, it works the same way as when you’re fishing. So as a business owner, you might want to diversify, your collection in the future a little bit with some neutral or maybe even some Fishing accent since most golf courses are around large bodies of water and stuff and get a larger market. Just some thoughts 60-year-old businessman, watching your content and loving it.
Yea man. Coming around the corner on that 1st quarry hole just takes breath away. Even though you know it’s coming, it’s still awe inspiring. Great video Grant. Condolences on the 3 jack on 18. We can all relate to that happening.
I just started playing golf this year as a hobby, and it has given me a challenge to try to rise and meet. I'm only in the 9's, but going from a 115 my first outing to a 94 the last week has definitely been a fun ride. Watching you, Bob Does Sports, Fore Play and Rick Shiels has SUBSTANTIALLY improved my knowledge and enjoyment for the game. Your passion for the golf is definitely contagious, so keep it up!
Grant, for shirts, love the craziness and colors. Love the course! Thanks for sharing the round with just yourself! Great change of pace for your mindset.
I have been hooked on your content Grant. I have said it before, but I'm learning a lot from your videos. Thank you for what you do for the game of golf. This game can be hard at times, but you make it look so easy. Thank you!
Loved watching your video, I've played the Ranch at Black Diamond but not the Quarry so finally seeing it from a players perspective is amazing! Another great hidden gem is Juliette Falls, just north of Dunnellon FL, great 18 hole course with their championship tees, the Viking tees, being 7236 yards. Should definitely give it a look if you're around town.
For the golf apparel. Lite weight/dri fit type long sleeve for summer. To block the sun more than anything. I have a few t-shirt styles that I wear fishing and any other outdoor activity.
Awesome course dude, love the vids. For the apparel go with some bright different colors like Ricky Fowler. He’s the guy that got me into golf, I know I’m old ha.
Love your channel Grant! I was a 4 handicap player, but stopped playing in 2012 after suffering a stroke and lost my balance and ability to walk on grass. So I get to enjoy the game thru you now! Please keep up the great vids!!! Loved seeing you play Pebble as it's 60 miles due west from my home here in CA. ~Cheers!
Awesome course! There is another course nearby, Brookesville Country Club, that is similar. Front nine is flat, pretty boring actually, and then the back nine is through an old mine like this and they are some of the most spectacular holes I’ve ever played, especially being in Florida
Watching these videos genuinely make my day and make me so grateful to be able to play and enjoy the beautiful game of golf. Keep doing what you do grant, you are an inspiration to me and I’m sure to many others as well
Definitely like the solo videos. You just have better commentary and you seem so chill. Sometimes I have to forget about that line on the ball too. We have a quarry course in San Antonio, it’s very nice.
I like dark green golf polos made of cotton. Also we love seeing solo videos of you, we watch this because of you, you are the brand of your channel and being yourself is already huge content in itself.
So my favorite golf polo ever was the Good Good hummingbird polo that they did a few years back if you remember that one. Dark blue, baby blue, pink, and white color scheme. Amazing design. Not saying to do that exact thing but I do love spring colors and birds so if y'all do something like that I'll buy 'em up. Anyway, great video as always!
I think once in a while it's nice to just play a game by yourself. I really enjoy the fact you go to different golf courses in Florida to give me ideas on places to play other than just the ones nearby. 👍
Loving the Course so far. Grant I wish you all the best to break this mental game. Taking time to redevelop your game as your still young and learning. Your swing is solid mate
Golf is a perfectionists dream and nightmare all at the same time. Love how you transitioned from a disappointing 3 putt to end the round but within seconds you let it go and transitioned your energy toward gratitude for the experience of the course. Great round regardless.
Met grant at TPC Sawgrass this year! The nicest guy you will ever meet! Thanks for taking time to stop and talk with me. Keep that joy of the Lord brother🤞🏾
I feel you grant I been playing good for 9 months straight these last two months I couldn’t even use my driver.. I have to use my woods and play smart basic golf to get to the green it was terrible 😕 . I started to get nervous lately and I just been playing terrible but I played 4 days in a row and the last two games I played ,I played freaking good and with confidence. So don’t be too hard on yourself man you’ll get out of it . I been following you for a loooooonnnngggg timmmeeeeeee all I’ve seen is you get better and better . YOU GOT THIS MAN !!!
While Black Diamond Ranch is a beautiful course, just South of there is Brooksville Majestic Oaks which is also a QUARRY course on the back nine!! There are some very interesting courses here in FL for sure!! Great video and it's nice to see you playing over here with us on the GULF side!! Cheers
Glad you got to play BDR. I've been lucky enough to play there twice, and it wasn't easy either time. Truly beautiful course....especially the quarry holes. The views there are stunning to say the least. The bar is pretty awesome as well with very good food.
Grant!! Please remember the big guys! We don’t get a lot of options, and it’s a market that is untapped! I personally want to see some golf joggers for big guys! Congratulations brother.
I knew it was this when I saw the title! My grandparents lived there and it's where I grew up learning how to play! Grandpa had his first hole in one in the quarry. Beautiful course!
vibrant colors and simple flower designs are the best kind of golf shirts! I think bold colors such as orange, aqua, purple, simple but bold colors are something Primo could bring to the table!
Great video ! & great round, the last outs are a lil rough but it’s alright ! U take it easy & you can appreciate this round on this crazy golf course! Thanks for this ❤️
The buttons on the polo shirt collars are awesome! Do not let that change. Primo is my new favorite go to golf shirt brand over Rhoback and Travis Mathews. Primo is #1
Nobody talking about how epic Sky's mustache is looking. That thing is amazing. But all in all great video. Love the solo vids where u just talk to yourself and work thru the shots. Wife looks amazing as well in your Primo brand. Congrats on the ownership.
I am such a fan of the videos you put out. I am a new golfer, new member at a local club. It allows me time to get out plenty...sometimes very early in the morning. Every now and then I break out the camera. Maybe one day I can get shots like you all do! Appreciate the content!
Love the video Grant! In terms of golf polos, I think Greyson is the gold standard. Good fitting, amazing material, and most importantly not tight around the arm pits. They have some super cool designs. What I really like is they have the wolf motif that is consistent through all of their designs but not too over the top. Personally I like a pattern that shows something real like specific animals or golf greens versus something that is a more abstract repeated pattern.
Love the Primo golf apparel. The Q-zips are epic. Also, love palm trees, pineapples, tropical type images, which i think go really well with golf apparel. Ps. Solo videos are my most watched. Thanks for the content
Variety is the spice of life. Inserting solo games with the usual challenge matches rounds out the channel. As long as you have glimpses of Sadie & Skyler included, it’s all good Grant!
I played that course in 2019 and again in 2020. Very nice course. Another hidden gem in Florida is Golden Ocala. They have some great imitation holes from St. Andrew’s and Augusta.
Can’t believe you came and filmed at my home course and I didn’t know it until 2 days later!!! So I lived in Black Diamond with family for a few years, have played golf my whole life, and have been a big fan of yours over the last year or so. They are still there, grandfather has been a member for 20+ years. Love playing there. Hopefully you can come back and play the Ranch once it reopens after this latest renovation. Would love to play a round with ya!
Great view, and great vid Gront! Once you dial that putter in, and slow that stroke down a bit instead of jamming it, your confidence will come back. Still the purest swing in YT golf bubba.
Please show us big guys some love and bring out some big and tall golf wear in the Primo line. That would absolutely amazing, bright colors as well. Love all the content. Hoping to eventually be good enough to catch a feature in the next year or 2.

I am always buying polos that have vibrant colors but not easy to find. Electric yellows are my favorite. Great job today!!!
Keep doing what you do grant, you are an inspiration to me and I’m sure to many others as well
Just started getting into golf & you’re the first UA-camr/Golfer I subscribed to! Always great content! Thanks @grant
Love the solo video! Really like when you share your club and what you’re trying to do each shot too. Keep it up!
Loved that course and your positive mind set. Ordered three Primo Blade Collar shirts a few minutes ago.
Definitely like the solo videos. You just have better commentary and you seem so chill. Sometimes I have to forget about that line on the ball too. We have a quarry course in San Antonio, it’s very nice.
Grant at its best....humble, polite, positive...thx!!!
Yeah I like the solo videos. Sometimes it is good to just get out there , just you and the course. Love golf!
Thanks for playing this course! Live in this area and pass this quite often. Always wondered what the course looked like.
The collaborations are great, but I loved this one also. Nice to see the solo videos once in a while
Loving the Course so far. Grant I wish you all the best to break this mental game. Taking time to redevelop your game as your still young and learning. Your swing is solid mate
Love the videos, nice break to have just you and the course going at it. Keep up the great work Grant. Big fan. Watch daily. Stay in it!!!
Golf is a perfectionists dream and nightmare all at the same time. Love how you transitioned from a disappointing 3 putt to end the round but within seconds you let it go and transitioned your energy toward gratitude for the experience of the course. Great round regardless.
Cool polos:
Gradient stripes
Vaporwave/Miami colors
Small logo patterns
Anything with a Grant Horvat Golf "GHG" logo. 😀
Primo is #1
There's SO many new vibes from Celcius. Fantasy vibe is where it's at!
Thanks Grant! Really enjoyed the solo video and the thought process of working your way around the course!
The 4 iron swing on 17 was an absolutely A1 golf swing. Tempo, slotted, all the speed at the bottom of the swing, just a beautiful thing to watch.
I started watching your channel with the solo videos. Glad to see you back at it from time to time!
Great video! Finally got the explanation I was asking about the change to Ventus Red and now back to Black too!
Solo videos are great Grant. You have a silky game appreciate the content brother.
you played great Grant! That was so fun to watch. Love the solo vids. You genuinely played awesome!
Please show us big guys some love and bring out some big and tall golf wear in the Primo line. That would absolutely amazing, bright colors as well. Love all the content. Hoping to eventually be good enough to catch a feature in the next year or 2.
I love your positive attitude even when hitting less than desirable shots. Inspiring for sure. Definitely something my game lacks
