I was ready ~3 weeks after the ladder, this vid is a compilation of drops from June, and Travincal was done by ~23rd of May but never released as a video before June. I played 100 hours in May, pretty much without any serious trading, most of the time solo. Just wasn't lucky with rune drops!

Nice finds! I always thought Jah is the highest rune you can get in Trav
Jah and Cham are in the same Rune16 group and it's the highest to drop there.

This wouldn't go much, perhaps Mal or Um? perfect 17/7 would be probably Ist or so. It is mainly needed for Energy Shield Sorcs
