    Thanks so much for sharing your technique! I never thought of using a laser, but I'm already excited about how much it's going to help with placement!

    I'm a little confused so your laser mark is lined up with that 4 inch from the side mark on pallet..and for bigger shirts you just pull shirt over to line laser with left side of collar.. idk been having some issues with pocket design placement

    Great video. I would love to see your process of burning your screens and how you place your left chest to burn in the exact spot to line up correctly. Thanks again for sharing.

      Do you use one of those templates from Ryonet to help with placement on your screen? I'm a DIY'er so I am working off the basics but left chest prints always mess with me. Trying to get my process nailed down.

      @@LanceScott hey man I actually don’t have alignment transparency from ryonet yet. What I do is set up my screen on my Press then put my transparencies on my platen where I want them. Then I put some scotch tape on them and push the screen down to get my screen set up to burn. For a pocket print I use those measurements to get my pocket print aligned. Does that help you out?

    ya lost me. I heard for inches from the side but how far down from the corner of the neck line? some how this is losing translation. and the whole lazer thing is on point but most of us don't have that resource. thanks for your efforts . I'll subscribe and check out more of your content for more info. thanks

    hi what kind of laser eqpt did u use and how to install? thanks

    • @GoldenPressStudio
      @GoldenPressStudio  3 роки тому +1

      The Laser is from ryonet. It attaches to the top of the press by a threaded nut. Best investment ever!

    Why do you have the vertical laser aligned on the side of the logo as opposed to the centre?

    • @GoldenPressStudio
      @GoldenPressStudio  3 роки тому

      When I aligned it the laser to the side of the design the vertical laser shows me its aligned with the left side of the neck collar. Then when you load larger shirts I just slide the left side of the collar to the right to get the proper placement on larger sizes like ( 3XL -5 XL). Hope that helps!

    • @dwlouden
      @dwlouden 3 роки тому

      @@GoldenPressStudio oh, really? I usually setup the centre of the design to the left collar seam. Don’t have a laser which would be handy though. You don’t find the print is too far over like that?

    • @GoldenPressStudio
      @GoldenPressStudio  3 роки тому

      @@dwlouden for this print it wasn’t. You also have to take into account that not every pocket design is the same size dimensions. You have to adjust according for that also. 👊

      Doesn't it make sense to always align the center of the print to the edge of the collar? I'm with Daniel. We also usually put the top of the print at the center of the sleeve opening. So, adjusting up and down and left and right for different sizes. Either way, great video and the shirts look great!
