Each game I’ve played today had cheaters, and honestly part of the problem is partially on all of the UA-camrs posting content about it. it doesn’t bring awareness, it bring them more attention and give more people ideas on how they gonna get away with it. Yeah Valve is losing badly in this fight. I think they've honestly given up. After 4pm central it's literally nothing but cheaters every game. Tried 5 stacking with some friends yesterday and we got 4 games in a row against cheaters and we all decided were done with cs until valve actually does something.

I've said for many years that the cheats are so advanced nowdays that there's no longer any point even trying to become good at FPS games. Sure, if I had zero knowledge about how advanced cheats are now, then I'd probably still play. Just loook at the extremely well-made documentary about cheater statistics in Tarkov for example, more than 30% are BLATANT hackers, can u then imagine how many are "closet-hacking"?
Hiding your cheats and looking legit is a skill in itself, and smart cheaters have gotten so good at it that you'll never be able to tell if he's cheating or not. Online FPS gaming on a serious level ended many years ago for me, when I noticed how infected FPS games became. Rant over.
EDIT: The Tarkov numbers are 60% to encounter atleast 1 cheater in ur raid and 7-10% overall numbers of cheaters.
what's mindblowing to me is that in the latest major tournaments and qualifiers, teams played without any referees looking at their screens irl. It was only the coach looking at the screens. In every big non e-sport you have licensed referees studying every little singe move you make, they take doping test prior to games (which is equal to checking every players gear in and out), it's insanely strict. I wouldn't be surprised if almost every team has some kind of "advanced" cheat to gain a small small advantage, like a radar hack that pops up for a second on a clutch round. U saw how many cheaters got caught in the qualifiers, and those were the blatant ones..
@@zenshi69 Only one look at CS tournament and the insane amount of instances where pros lock their cursor through walls on targets for no obvious reasons and some of them suddenly develop Parkinson's disease when aiming is enough...
@@masterofallclasses7287 Yeah I've noticed that aswell how they suddenly flick completely randomly on to targets on the walls, when in reality if someone peaked them at that exact moment they'd be extremely dead taking away their focus holding an angle.
bruh... the stat was 60% of raids have at least one cheater. Someone did the math and result was something like 7 - 10% of player base are cheating.

Agreed. I've known how cheats work and how new cheats behave only from these kind of people. They make content because they say they bring awareness. What happens actually is this, they get money from content, people know more ways to hack.

the wave guide lenses are really hard to built, it’s a much newer technology than traditional vr lenses

Nice. Solid video covering....well, the glasses, but also the other information regarding the ring and the button. I hit like on a youtube video. I expect youtube to determine that I liked it. I maybe last liked a video two years ago. My likes are important and I hope youtube assumes they are.
Hopefully AI is good enough to know *why* I like it. As in, there are probably at least two camps of people who watch youtube videos. For this particular video, cheaters get exposed, but people who didn't know about cheats, can find out about it. One camp watches to figure out just how bad it is, and the other camp watches to figure out what the hell is happening

This is easy to circumvent in LANs/tournaments. If you go to a Pearson testing center in the US, they make you take your glasses off and place it on a device before they return it to you in case someone is using them to cheat on a test. I had to do this years ago when I went in for an exam.

And this is why I am done with competitive gaming. It started in CSS with Organner creating a smart-phone radar cheat and has just gotten more and more remote ever since. It genuinely wouldn't surprise me if people will be able to stream their cheats from their home PC to a pro-LAN event in the future.

On top of my mind, I think it's very easy to check if a glasses are AR or whatever. They should have polarization segment in them (half mirrors i supose) that could be found out with another 45 degree polarizer, pritty easy to check in LAN events.
