My one is glitched, she isn’t spawning when I go there what do I do?

Did lord phasus travel through the gate for you? Also try resting in the check point town till morning & see if she spawns.

Hmm dam that's frustrating! Do you have a Pawn that is a quest guide?
If so make sure the quest is active & wait for your ai pawn to ask if you want them to show you the way then hit the GO command and see if they don't take you where you need to be. Also have you tried saving, leaving the game then coming back and seeing if she spawns.
