Hello friends! I continue to build a frame house on my land in the forest. This is a very difficult project, but I am sure that together with your support we will be able to build this house. We have overnight stays in the winter forest ahead of us!

@@FranWhorton-of5ql Why would you assume this was one day? Not buying "Alone" either... How was all that lumber moved to the site? Who set the concrete foundation blocks? How were those big beams lifted into place? I love most of what Alex posts, but this one makes some very dubious claims...

Can't wait to see this build develop. You look SO HAPPY to be there - out on your land, and building another cabin. If I was a young woman again - this is what I'd be doing, too . . . so I am happy to be able to watch you as this project grows.

Having built three houses - two complete - the other learned roofing from it, I fully understand how demanding it can be. You are doing great! Trust your gut instincts, ask questions from those you trust, and go for the gusto. The end results will be yours! 💯

I didn't at first got why Alex was laying down metal meshing until the fibre insulation went in. Obviously want to keep rodents and such away from it. Will be definitely follow the progress on this built series ❤❤❤❤❤

Alex my friend, this is by far the most exciting build I have been waiting for. I hope you will include others like Forest Paths and others to help raise your walls for the A-Frame. Although I stress that the underground mansion and Gazebo outside will suffer again this year due to heavy winter thaw... this build will not suffer tue same fate.
