My 2004 BMW 325i only got 15 MPG since I bought it 5 years ago. I cleaned the MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR and I'm getting around 30+ now!!! (It never threw a fault code for anything. Including Oxygen Sensors.)
No this stuff is PROPER stuff and it’s recommended in the U.K. for German cars it’s what it’s specifically used for and tested by ALL garages and even dealers use this when I worked for bmw this is what we used with 100% satisfactory results
so you just pour it in and let the car run for a little and go fill your tank or do this after filling your tank everytime? like when should i do it, and what do I do before or after i put the fluid to prep the car

I have a question Dean what would make a codes from engine: 002d06,002a2f,002a2e I had new lambda sensors done and all adapted. I guess Maf is gone as symptoms starts on 4,5,6 gear when floored or pushed harder.
mate could this be what i need i ran my car out to the point of it cutting out so i could put a gallon in from can then set the dash to 0 and when it ran out again i had done 24 miles and i only got a 1.0 12v corsa c and yesterday i had a 1/4 of a tank then drove and done 10 miles and the car was bang on the red with petrol light on.

I changed the post cat 02 sensor, msg came up again, shall I change the pre cat sensor? Is it identical too the post cat sensor? Is the connector the same, If fault comes up again after replacing that then a possible leak somewhere? Kindly get back to me soon thanks

BMW Doctor, I've got a BMW 435d convertible and the mpg is terrible. I think the thermostat bad as coolant goes up to 90c and drops to 85c when driving. Every car I've had coolant sits around 90c are the 435d different?
Danilo Gobbi no mate it shouldn’t move once up to temperature but it can be many things thermostat sticking , sensor , coolant leak causing air in the system , leaky coolant pipe it can be many many things without seeing I wouldn’t know

How often should one do this? & do it when the tank is almost empty? After how many miles can your refuel?

Yeah but the ammount of money u spend on this is probably more than just buying the extra fuel

No mate not thermostat mate EGR thermostat OR could be air in system you have B57 engine mate

It's definitely N57 engine and doesn't have Egr thermostat like M57 engine.. This cars draining my soul.
Danilo Gobbi if it’s N57 that will be your coolant thermostat mate I didn’t know as 435D was also fitted with B57 depending on your year
