The fact we STILL don’t have “public” modes without SBMM is insane. I don’t mind getting my ass kicked occasionally but I don’t want to sweat every game.
@@MichaelJohnson-ny6zs exactly. Guy is complaining about sweating but he's actively trying to win. If you're really trying to play it casually then what does it matter if you win/lose or go positive/negative.
@@warrantykillers41 that logic works against skill based matchmaking. if k/d and win/loss don't matter, why are they rigging the matches to force you to lose? also, the vast majority of people don't enjoy playing a game if they are forced into a choice of, "treat it like your playing for cash" or "die constantly without being able to do anything because everyone else is doing the first option". but then, you don't care about logic, or reality, or what other people think. you just can't stand people criticizing a function of the game you worship.
One of the things SBMM has done is it also breaks up the lobbies after every game. Back in the day when you got into a good lobby it was nice to play with the same group for a few games, I met a lot of friends that way. Of course it has to re lobby you for SBMM purposes
DUUUUUUUUDE I thought I was crazy because I thought to myself "why do lobbies break every game!?" I thought to myself, it has to be for SBMM, dude I miss playing with the same people for like 4-5 games... you win "yeah take that motherf..." lose one "alright stay in! stay in this lobby!!" Man I miss older CODs!!! All the boys playing and just chillin, talking crap to everybody.
I remember when i tried mw2 i made good game at first (always top 3 or win in ffa for example) but more I play more I was losing. I know I ‘m not thé Best player but i ‘m still pretty good but i found that was not normal. When I go back on bf4 on pc (be fore it was ps3) I « dominated » 75% of thé game i played. The sbmm is just a joke. Always win thé game is not funny but always lose neither. I love competitive game but like everyone are saying sweat every game is no longer enjoyable
It just pisses me off because it’s constant kill trading, I kill someone and then die immediately, because somehow someone else is always there to pick me off right after a fight.
I preferred old COD, and I def hear what you’re saying. Sometimes it feels like some lobbies are full of bots that are there just to destroy me as soon as I string a couple of kills together. Old COD was never like that.
I’m pushing 30 with two kids. Been playing CoD for 15-16 years now. Since MW2019, I’ve had it off and on with this franchise. My KD in older CoDs like BO1 and MW3 was 2.00. Can’t even hold a 1.20 these days. When I do pop off, I get absolutely curb stomped the next few games. I just want to come home from work, crack open a few cold ones, have fun, get camos without sweating my ass off. I’m REALLY hoping Microsoft tones down the SBMM, but my hopes aren’t high. Guess we’ll have to wait and see. Here’s to the little hope I have left🍻
@beefs0ck911 I agree. It's a shame. I have been playing Battlefield 2042 and the CODs I played growing up and have been having a good time. I can't say the same about the newer iterations of COD.
I’m 28 now. I’ve played cod since the very first one in 03, but when I played cod4 at my friends house that game revolutionized it all. I got Mw2, Bo1, Mw3 & Bo2 on day of release after I got home from school. 14 when Mw2 came out and 15 for Bo1. Those were the greatest days playing with my friends, and by far my personal 2 most favorite but I think I’ll go with Bo1. Mw2 was amazing but Bo1 felt more grittier to me and the campaign was kick ass.
We need to start creating our own personal leagues on discord and just have private matches and give online SBMM multiplayer the finger. En masse. Imagine if everyone just boycotted SBMM multiplayer by playing in private lobbies only
I really miss 2011's MW3 where you could see your past rank on the other CoD's. Was so cool to see all your history in one spot, even if it wasn't super in-depth.
Everything you said was spot on, the game is a mess it’s a joke that the beta was completely better than the game Also you will always know if you’re gunna have a bad game (TTK) you get into a game and your instant dead! Doesn’t matter what gun. So you try your hardest, trying to slap cheeks yet, you shoot first yet loose the fight you drop shot instantly dead! 🤣😂 ….I’ve been playing since cod 4 and I’ve never stopped it’s crazy how much we the people are getting scammed by theses massive company’s
This is the first CoD that I’ve struggled with. I’ve always done well in CoDs maintaining at least 2-2.5KDs. This game has some awful spawns where I keep spawning in peoples crosshairs. I also have soooo many times where I get 5-7 hitmarkers on someone and then they turn and drop me in 2-3 hits. I’ll watch the killcam and see them taking my bullets like a champ with their screen barely turning red after 5 shots from 10 feet away but I get a stray pistol bullet from across the map and I got a jar of strawberry jelly all over my screen.
They increased the intensity of the SBMM algorith drastically, its nowhere near what it was in MW 2 and then adding EOMM which they also made stronger and this altogether is mw3
here's a tip to get better (not saying ur trash ur good) make sure to utilize utility during combat, for ex. you get few shots off a guy, try throwing a grenade, lethal, or non lethal. Or when you kill a player do the same thing, throw a lethal or a non lethal then reposition from there.
SBMM has only gotten worse for me over the past two days. First day I didn't notice it at all. Second day I felt it a bit after 5 hours of gameplay, but yesterday I could only handle 10 matches before I rage quitted because I was constantly being put on teams that would not only lose the match, but also straight up get you killed against the most sweaty players I have ever encountered. The fact that a guy like me with a 1.0 KD is constantly going against CDL players is actually insane. Also the packet loss has been INSANE to the point of constantly making me lag in 99% of matches to where I will die in 50% of my fire fights due to complete freeze ups. I still stand by that I think this is the best COD multiplayer we have had in years. Gunplay and movement feels wonderful. MW2 remake maps are great. Guns feel fun and powerful. Sniping is fun again. But man.... the SBMM is just insane :( Oh also... the SPAWNS my god... every game mode the spawns are terrible. Absolute brain-dead development with their spawn system.
Honestly spawns in TDM are unbearable and matches outside of Wasteland and Derail end quickly anyways. I've been mailing domination lately since the spawns in TDM seem to be everywhere.
I found it interesting that like he mentioned the more casual players are the older players. Tbh aside from the sbmm I think the fps games have changed bc the younger players, like as early as 12 13 y/o, are better than 90% of the players back in the "golden era" back then the young kids just getting started made up most of the casual scene and there were enough of them just being a decent or above avg player you would have those great games over 50% of the time. You also had a lot more players just playing around with different guns, exploring the maps for glitches, and just playing much less focused than what you see today. Hell I bet 70% of the players in the 2000s were eating pizza rolls mid game and playing on a laggy projection tv with no headset and probably split screening with a friend. Much different than the gaming set ups even a lot of 13 y/o are using today
Always the menchanics have changed, so they become rookies again, and most kids nowadays probably watching youtube videos about everything since they made every single thing complicated. And the older causal players dont want to come home after work and watch a video when they can just enter the game like causal player
On the cod 4, mw2, and 3 on 360 I was always around 8-20ish. Rarely got double digit kills. It wasn't until black ops 2 I started finally getting 13ish per game. Ghost was a campy mess on xbone. Now on these remakes I get 17ish per game and before I knew about sbmm I thought that I was the man when I won my first free for all on 2019 mw my first match 😂. I found out real quick that I'm not that guy. I'm not buying mw3 for more than $20.
@@hskajdhf5907 yeah exactly what I meant, you didn't watch a video to find out the meta, you would have to ride the struggle bus till you found something you vibed with and gave 0 thoughts to if it was actually the best weapon or not. Like I just watched a vid the other day with Tomo playing halo with some friends.. they were yelling "charge" and rushing with pistols and humming the halo theme when they got a power weapon and just laughing the entire time even when they lost or had negative k/ds.. that's how most ppl used to play cod and other fps and i honestly feel like that mentality has been lost for the most part unfortunately esp for cod games.. but it is hard to go from getting nukes with pretty minimal effort in multiple titles to full on sweating and not even going positive a lot of games.. my main point is I dont think its just the games have changed or sbmm, but the player base and how most of them play is actually whats changed. I also wouldn't be surprised to find out way more content creators are getting some extra help than we realize if you catch my drift, but who knows
@@jacobwhicker8423 Yeah I think youtube has a lot to do with it. Not only watching videos for meta, but also just being a content creator in general you need to be good with the game, or nobody will watch you anyway. That carries over to everyone else wanting to get those awesome clips to share or post or brag for leaderboards and such. But since gaming in general has become such a huge industry, all this was bound to happen. Plus back in the day you didn't play that long. Games have gotten so much better (and purposely addictive) there are literally people who play 5 - 8 hrs a day and there's no way you can compete with that dude if you play for an hour or two after work 2 times a week or whatever.. I don't know how you do that as an adult, but some people's lives are defined by video games. I always grumble that online gaming sucks because everybody's grouped together. If you played hockey as a hobby at say 45 or 50 yrs old you would play in an 'old timers' league and have fun because you are matched up against people your own age who have the same aches and pains as you do, not some young, fast, 18 yr old. I am old and don't have the reflexes any more to compete with a 14 yr old, yet that's who I'm probably playing against half the time when I'm online.
@@jacobwhicker8423 100% mentality has changed, 100% younger kids player earlier on.. countless guides on youtube, K/D is life now, when I first started playing cod multiplayer. I never knew what K/D was and didn't care.. I still don't care to this day. It's just a number. Only numbers I care about are accuracy really, to see if I'm improving or getting worse or maintaining accuracy. I also refuse and hate having to watch youtube videos just to game. I hate games where you have to spend more time on youtube then playing. I also think its funny that most content creators want skill based match making removed, they want to play " casually " or more " chill " but they can't play casually or chill. Also there are millions of gamers these days, hundreds of millions gamers.. Back in bo2 days, there was no where near as many.. The average skill level of gamers these days is so much higher.. Technology and software is so much better.. controls are smoother, aim assist is more flushed out, hardware is superior.. everything is better these days.. Except for peoples mentality it seems.. too many people are stuck in that " get good " mentality.. Backing out of lobbies whenever someone shoots back.. etc.. It's become a depressing thing. It's like content creators that cry about camping, yet spend most of the game camping themselves.. or complain about head glitching, yet camp head glitches.. Complain everyone uses meta weapons ... yet they use meta weapons. I personally think skill based match making is great for gaming.. but I will agree its a bit too strict in call of duty these days. Needs to be toned down a little.
You described what happened to me exactly. I just got the game a couple days ago for black Friday, after a couple days of practice I had a really good game of 55 kills and since then every match has been extremely difficult. It's obvious I'm being matched against people way above my skill level as they move around like the Flash and now I have trouble just getting them in my sights let alone killing them. It feels like I'm playing against the best players in the world.
Rotate 3+ game modes. It’s harder for SBMM to track you across multiple games. My wife and I don’t struggle as much with it because of that. Both of us have a W/L ratio of above 2.3.
At least you are still one of the few COD youtubers left who are genuine and tell the BS thats going on with this disaster of a franchise. Great video Fortunate
@BeersAndBeatsPDX You mean MWII my guy lol. There's been nothing bad said about this game. At least not mich anyway. Except for... wait for it... the SBMM/lobbies. The biggest downfall to recent Cods.
Well the franchise has been crap for 10 years, yet you're still all stupid enough to buy the game. COD fans have to be some of the dumbest people on earth, to have blind faith in COD being great again and then when its not, just complaining and complaining

Most likely won't see the effects until 3-4 years from now with the Microsoft purchase. The deal went through, but it takes a very long time to take over a company. It'll take a year just to work out the financials. @@Freakasaw
I started playing COD in MW2/Bo1 and i was HORRIBLE .4KD. But i learned the mechanics of the game and which classes worked and became a 2KD player by the end of BO2 . I got better by sticking through the process and learning from my mistakes, Not by getting handheld by SBMM. Without SBMM we can enjoy organic lobbies, I miss the days when you noticed there were 1 or 2 really good players on the other team and you knew there would be some good competition to go against. That's what made every cod from BO4 and earlier so fun. the mix of skill levels in each lobby. I really hope that with Microsoft buying activation that SBMM is removed because SBMM literally manipulates you into thinking youre getting better at the game but in reality youre getting a sympathy game. I hope cod can return to its natural form before we were flooded with battle passes and skins as soon as we open the game.
This why i try to convince as many people as possible to get away from feeding newer CODs with money. SBMM is not a protection for worse players. AV does not care about the community that plays their games. The days where YT streamers play tested games and were even a part of the dev. team are over, its long gone. AV is as greedy as they can be. SBMM is a intelligent marketing approach to keep player retention. If you make a psychological approach into AV mechanics and features of the game, u will throw up due to how pathetic and manipulating it is, many ppl wont believe it and say "get gud" but not everyone thinks out of the box. SBMM brings no satisfaction the longer you play and thats not all, I surely think that EOMM is even worse where you are getting nerfed mid fight and suddenly bullets do less damage etc,. Also I am not one of these money spenders, i have probably spent 10 dollars in my entire life for modern CODs and I am an above average player and yet I am getting stomped so many times by players with paid skins and weapon camos, so that the game can try to force me into buying those skins bc all my enemies are better and also have them😁
You nailed this. The boys and I had high hopes with this game - nostalgic naps, traditional movement.. but the elephant in the room is how rough SBMM is. You can’t hop on for a casual few games after work; feels like you need to warm up, chug some caffeine absolutely lock in for every gunfight.
Y’all just use “SBMM” as an excuse for why you’re not that good. The casual player isn’t a pushover, so you have to put a bit of effort in. If you’re expecting a 3.0KD every game, like he said, you’re delusional.
Been saying this for a while.... the original intention of SBMM was to protect lower tiered players from actually being stomped left and right. That's fine, let them have their braindead lobbies. Keep SBMM for the bottom 5-10% of players to have them protected and continuing to have a chance at actually playing on their pace, but then prioritize connections between players afterwards and do away with SBMM once you leave that bracket. That way everyone wins.
No. They need to bring back the Bootcamp playlist up until a certain level. You dont get better by playing other shit players. Taking ANY part of the playerbase away from the pool is an issue. If you get stomped you get stomped boo hoo. Get better. Ranked is for SBMM and thats it.
I remember in mw 2019 i got drop shotted by someone and it was the first time I ever saw it. I thought it was really cool, so I went into a private match and spent a few hours of learning how to do it perfectly. Went into a public match and drop shotted everyone for one match. The VERY NEXT game I got drop shotted at least 12 times by other people. Mind you had only seen drop shot in one time up to that point. So in one match, it skill-based match me with people who were dropshotting all the time. The better you get the harder your lobbies get
@@cant_nerf_this6732 I see what you're saying and I agree. However, I think there are a few things that should be pointed out. In COD, you don't know what "level" you are based off skill, just playtime. You never know if your getting killed because you suck or if it's a crazy competitive lobby. So, people never know where they sit on the totem pole. Also, I do feel like in Halo you can have two level 50s that don't play the same way (i.e. some people rush, some are careful and just know to check angles) but in COD they match you with people who play JUST like you, so you can't have an individual play style. You like using launchers? So does everyone in your lobbies. You want to switch to shotguns be ready to play against only shotgunners. You want to help your team by being the careful objective driven one? Well too bad, now everyone in your lobby will be just like you, so that change in play style doesn't matter. You found a new route in a private match and want to start running it, well now all of your opponents know that route and always check it. That's why it's annoying, if I knew my rank, I'd be fine. Also, if I could play different and it matter that would help.
Facts , I’ll go crazy first few games, gets harder , then gets crazy 100% but it makes you better I feel. Teaches you to slow down & adapt to pace/tempo
@@4PlayKellz my problem is that, when I do adapt, all the sudden I'm in a lobby of people playing exactly like how I adapted. No matter what I do, I never feel like I have my own play style

I'm 50 and played CoD since the beginning. I haven't play like the last 3. I am just no good anymore. Anyhow, while there were good players back then, it wasn't sweaty like this. People play this game nowadays like their life depended on it. They see all these streamers and want to replicate that.

Completely agree. I pre-ordered it and after playing it I told all my buddies if you have some extra money laying around go for it but if you could put $70 somewhere else do it because the game isn’t worth it. I remember back in the days of OG MW3, black ops 2 , you could play that for hours and it was a great time but with this i played for three or four days after release and have pretty much already been done with it and went back to other games.
Why support cod when they scammed the world on mw2 and mw3 and telling your friends "if you got $70 laying around and don't need it, to buy mw3" 😂😂😂😂 ur that shit friend nobody needs then 😂😂😂😂 mw3 is worthless and trash after I was scammed into buying mw2, am I the only one that doesn't have dementia an didn't buy Mw3? Lol am I the only one that forgot how bad the last cod was 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
lmao what you described in this video, I felt ever since MW2019. I always thought that the big cod UA-camrs got white listed or something to get easier lobbies. I guess most of them just reverse boost or use another account with low K/D to party up with and then leave or something. Either way, SBMM is the worse that happened to cod and gaming in general. just because of that, it will NEVER be like the old days, sadly
Black Ops 4 was the last COD to not have lobbies disbanding. MW2019 is what started the strict SBMM because they introduced disbanding lobbies. A lot of people don’t know this, but blame MW2019 for starting all these terrible changes.
Think alot of cod tubers play at very late / random hours of the night and morning with pre stacked teams so they can have easier / better lobbies. I never see too many cod tubers run a solo game or a 2 party lobby. Always seem to be a 3-4+ stack with other players who are cracked out of their minds. Combine that with the sbmm and it just makes the gameplay and videos very skewed and give a false sense of how the game actually plays or looks. SBMM is here to stay and like you said just kills gaming and any sense of casualness to be had in gaming today
They Put it in Fifa Games also, thats why I stopped playing that crap. After some wins in Fifa they will let u conceed goals like none other. Your defenders will have a crappy touch cant block the attackers anymore and the enemy player can simpely press through your defence with 1 pass
I have have been playing CoD since MW on the 360 and I have to say this has been the most stressful first week of CoD ever. I consider myself just a decent player, but if I go positive more than 10 kills I feel lucky now. I don't know how I get put into the lobbies I do, because I feel like everyone is cracked out of their minds and I literally have to fight for each and every kill. I understand, I also stopped playing COD and BF games after MW 2019 and BFV, COD is doing microtransactions with their games, I mean. Look at MW2 to MW3. You could've put a big update and transform MW2 to MW3. Less than 1 year of supporting one game with patches + seasons + add-ons (weapons and such, audio and graphic quality) and then boom. On to the next game, this is so crappy and I don't understand why people still keep supporting these idiotic studios by buying their games when you are sweating to win/ have a good game while they're sitting on their office desk sippong some coffee not caring about your game, this isn't the community I remember. This is why I started playing and supporting indie game devs, I feel that they can hold 1 game for almost a decade, just like how BF3 community is doing by adding mods
For the love god don’t do it. I refuse to play any core match in MW3. MW3 warzone was fun until the update hit and the game has locked in the patent MW2 multiplayer is better and tolerable. Majority of the cod tournaments players went to MW3 fully teamed & discorded up
I had a dude do that back in the day on the OG MW2... Man racked up 120 deaths in TDM on the winning team... Repeatedly... At least back then you know it wasn't reverse boosting...
You are literally speaking the truth that all of the casual gamers are thinking. Probably every gamer honestly. I have a 2.99kd and I mainly play domination, but I have a .54 win loss. Even if you can play the game and have good games back to back to back, the game will put you on a losing team every game. It's rigged beyond belief. AND NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, the game picks 5 of the dumbest players to ever touch call of duty and put them on your team. The only advice to avoid these lobbies longer is 4-5-6 man stacking. The more diverse your team the better chance the lobbies will be better.
bro…… different game, but similar problem. I’m convinced moving over a 54% W/L on Halo Infinite is impossible. Solo Queuing the game leads to forced losses. Only way to win is to assemble the freaking Avengers and have a full 12 stack. SBMM is a cancer, so frustrating that every multiplayer shooters uses a similar system….
Halo infinite had a system at launch (and I don't know if it's been taken out or not) where the matchmaking would use algorithms to predict if you would win or lose the next game. It used ai to put you at a certain rank (and this was for every game mode outside of Ranked itself). Basically it would make sure that your win/loss always stayed at around 50%. Documents were leaked a couple months after launch. I'm sure they're still on the internet. Anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if COD had this system too. But I personally care about KD, not W/L. I went 72-6 in domination today on vanguard and we still lost by 50 points XDDD. @@NHGAFWYUTB
Back in the day, I used to hover around a 2-2.5 KD. Ever since MW 2019 I can't even break 1.5, and in this game I have a 1.12 right now. Partly because of SBMM, and partly because the netcode is so borked. I constantly get matches where I'll get 7-8 hitmarkers on people, if I even get hitmarkers at all, but I'll die in one or two shots. @@rafaelpaun1907 Well then they aren't getting free kills are they. Them kids are out playing you lol. Sbmm or not lol. Just messing. 😁. Spawns are shit too yes. But it's made every year and they can't get it right lol. Bullpoop.
@@DJLyncho fuck yeah they are outplaying me. I’m almost 30 with 3 kids and a full time job I don’t have time to sweat and play 8 hours a day like these g fuel crackheads. Cod sucks now, we all know it.
@@DJLyncho For sure. They're "revenge" spawns. I've seen people not believe this, but when you're paying attention and looking for it, you'll see it happens WAY too often to be a coincidence of just bad spawns. Same thing as when you kill someone and their team mates just magically happens to be around the corner to clean you up while you're low.
The truth about this game is that the dynamic is different because of many things. Once they implemented skill based match making in cod it made it much more difficult for ppl who were casual players, which is why u have so many crazy player in the same lobbies at the same time and u have to try so hard once ur k/d rises. The time to kill is also higher
Higher TTK just feeds camping & ppl playing like assholes. Hardscoping etc... so many situations where I'd get 2 or 3 kills in a single instance. But I get 1-2 of the kills because I have to shoot the first people 2x as long.
sbmm was made for casual players. If youre not getting paired against easy casual players. Youre not a casual player anymore. SBMM is dumb but thats the reality. I still kill those sweats but when they kill me its so infuriating cause how hard theyre trying compared to me
Im the mid-late 30's guy you talked about, I gave up on CoD a long time ago because of stuff like you mentioned. I was a dedicated CoD4 player, I was in college at the time, I loved to play man I grinded that game so hard, played it competitively on the MLG ladders online and stuff it was so fun. I was decent with a 3.5 k/d. I felt like every game after was just a major downgrade. I gave MW2 a shot last year on the offchance I could have fun, no way. I played maybe a week before just never going back to it. Theres nothing fun about it, just a super mega sweat fest.
I’m in the same boat at 37. MW2019 resparked my interest to the point where I was playing way too much. Now I can play for like 30/40 mins bro and like yea I’ll check back when the WZ map comes out. Other than that I been on apex.
This is the finest video I have ever watched from you. I love truth, mainly because it is in such demand these days. This video is pure truth and I give you total respect for laying it out here. Have a great week.
I'm nearly 30 and on PC... you should see the kill cams I'm seeing. These people are twitching, sliding, jumping, snapping everywhere at ALL times like they're in a $1M tournament live on Twitch. It's insane. I just use pistols most of the time, that way it's more fun than trying to play meta guns and still dying. It's not just me either because even the best people in my lobbies are still only getting maybe 1.5 K/D's, rarely 2.0 K/Ds, then 95% of the lobby is at 1 K/D. It's just boring tbh
Dude the SBMM is over the top insane this game. I either get put in games where our team STOMPS the enemies 75-40 or WE get stomped 40-75. And when we do get stomped everyone on the other team all have double digits kills. It’s so so sad and frustrating. If I get out into a sweaty lobby I just camp because what the hell else am I supposed to do. And I don’t camp. I hate that play style
Man I feel you. I started with WaW too and I feel like cod is one of those games now where if you don't constantly play and sweat you won't be able to compete. I miss it as a pick up and play kind of shooter. I stopped when ghosts came out and came back for me 2019 and bought them all since except this one. They fooled me in thinking it got better
Absolutely true, mate. I am only here because this vid was recommended. I haven't played COD proper since BOP2s really. COD4 Remastered aside. And man, it's intimidating for anyone who dips out. Played Warzone for seven minutes. Went on a 7 killstreak, but the nerves in my and hand, as well as my head feeling heavy during it all was too much. I never touched it again.. and I am a former comp player who did LAN events in COD4 lol. There was always a Twitch element in COD, but it ramped up tenfold in the last several years.
I feel like the sweatiness comes from the change in mobility in newer games, there's actually just more you can do and the responsiveness is insane. In older cods it was more about gun fights and strategic positioning (slower gameplay) because you couldn't maneuver in INSANE ways like you can in the newer cods. Nothing wrong with the movement systems in newer cods, it feels amazing, but it cultivates a more tryhard environment
Couldn’t agree more, I can respect the different direction they tried going in, but even the older games weren’t that slow, your class actually had a lot of weight to it, you can either be slow with something like an LMG or you can use the lightweight perk and run around with a sub, there was more variety in the older games
That is complete bs Only good players can use the movement to their advantage There are still much more bad players that still arent good even with the movement Its just because of sbmm nothing more
Tac sprint was a mistake. The games are far, far too fast. The gunfights are too fast and random. Now it’s all tac sprinting and bunny hopping everywhere. With slower mechanics 14 years ago the maps were filled out way better and more fun to manoeuvre, fights were more about precision than movement and spawns flowed more fairly. MW2022 wasn’t even slow. Neither was MW19. Even without red dots in the mini map it was the same copy-pasted bad gameplay promoting SMGs only g fuel bunnies. This one is just the same but with red dots that make no difference anyway because fights are too fast and you can cross the maps in seconds practically. It’s so sad.
Thanks for being REAL playing cod. It’s always false hype with other UA-cam channels. Now days it’s more relaxing, entertaining and engaging WATCHING a cod UA-camr rather than PLAYING the game. I’m in mid 20’s, played since world at war as well.
Also in my mid 20's! Been playing since bo1. Last one I played religiously was ghosts and tbf I thought it was not a bad game, heck it seems god tier when you compare it to the shite that activision are currently churning out! Only recent cod I properly enjoyed was cold war and even that's pretty flawed lmao
Tbh, You and few other youtubers who has said about this sbmm and stuff are spot on correct. Like few games I played I often just be like not fully convinced that I'll be alright in some lobbies which 6.5 out of 10 I often don't be for the sbmm be placing me in lobbies that makes me be like " how the heck I'm even in here with the sweats ? " lol so I literally just play it for fun rather I be forced to sweat as if I'm in a tounament or not. I be having fun nowadays whenever I play CoD MW3 with whatever weapons I use and etc. which I usually get more then 10 kills despite my kd ratio mainly be looking low af but that's fine since I often be a shotgunner on CoD games that likes to charge out and get kills. Main point I'm making though, is just play the game for fun with no anticipation that the matches will be not sweaty because if sbmm involved, then yeah expect the sweatness to appear lol of course. But yeah if you a big fan of CoD, please don't be blinded by what the devs doing and be all fanboyish lol like what the devs such as activision is doing to us is just sad tbh... bu yeah hope everyone has a nice day or night if it's night time where you're at, and God Bless.
Honestly the part that sucks the most is you cant even party up w the boys and have a good time together because the game wants to make sure no one has an easy time. Like I'm not cracked by any means but I'm better than most of my friends and i get into lobbies where i get railed so i can only imagine what they are going through and then theyre like we cant play in your lobbies. Its just ironic that in order to save casuals they ruined playing games casually w the fellas
It's weird, because whenever we'd party up on 22, every match seemed to be a grind beyond any of our skill lever. I could find better matches playing solo than I could with my friend who had a significantly lower KD. I can be somewhat sweaty when the need arises but the fact that partying up with him made me have to sweat MORE is baffling.
I completely agree with what you’re saying. I feel like I have to try my hardest to drop 20 kills even on domination or kill confirmed. Running all over the map and not finding anyone and then die to some bs. The game is really no fun.
I really liked your down to earth approach. I genuinely have the same thoughts and feelings you described when playing this game. My friend and I are casual players but we have been on a horrible losing streak on gunfight. We get put with the sweatiest players ever even after losing 3 games in a row.
there's tons of people that show uncut gameplay on Twitch bro, and sometimes they top frag and sometimes they dont, what Fortunate showed here isnt anything special or unknown😂he's been constantly releasing videos at every launch in COD crying about sbmm idk what we're acting so surprised about
Skill based match making doesn’t just put you with people your own skill, they actually put you with lower level people as well but give the lower level people better aim assist and you worse from what I read about activision’s patent It’s infuriating lol literally getting punished for being good all to make the games closer in score/even out the playing field THEN ranked matches I think are probably just based off your level without the adjustment in aim assist (that’s my theory)
It's so frustrating bc you honestly CAN'T get better. You think you're improving, but every time you pop off you're met with the exact opposite, to bring you right back down to a 1 k/d.
Just subscribed, I loved how you made this video. It was a real pleasure to see someone play the game genuinely how its played. Rather than these UA-camrs feeding us the 1% they do okay.
I was in the KSI clan back in the OG MW2 days. We all had 2.0 kds or more. These days if I keep an overall kd of 1.2 I’m happy. The game has changed so much
I still remember my first online game of call of duty. I went 0-16 with people telling me to gtfo the game and to kms but that didn’t stop me from trying to get better. SBMM does the opposite of what they think it does. If new people are too soft to get fucked up a couple of times and to learn to play the game the hard way then they should just find a new game. It’s just sad that now I’m 24 and can’t play the game that my whole childhood consisted of.
I just HATE that they disband the lobbies after every game. A core part of the COD experience is making friends and enemies in your lobby, across many games trying to have the last say on the scoreboard.
This definitely ruins it for me. Everything feels disconnected. Even if you didn't talk to the other people it was cool to compete with the same people over multiple games.
I have the game It came with my PlayStation I just bought I haven't Played video games in years and I haven't played call of duty in a long long long time. So here I am trying to get back into video games and this is going to be my call of duty experience?? 😭 (The game is not used, I didn't use code yet) Now I got to buy Gran Turismo, That's still amazing isn't it?? Right?
@@EbNorth I haven't bought a call of duty since advanced warfare. The only reason I have modern warfare 2019 is because it came with my old graphics card. Black ops 2 and older were when I played a ton of call of duty. Those were awesome. They still had some sbmm but there wasn't disbanded lobbys and it was manageable. There was a nice variety of players on each team. It wasn't perfect but it was much much better than now.
See the thing is, it's not just SBMM, During the beta, there was just something that felt off when I was playing. MW2 had crazy SBMM, I still sht on people, I never backed out of lobbies either. I ended Mw2 with I think 1.8kd so it's not just SBMM at play. Mw3, your gun will jam when you get into a gun fight briefly , which ends up getting you killed. Multiple times, another is the Aim assist, it's like it doesn't work. 150hp, you'd think you'd have a chance to survive in gunfights but I die to like 3 bullets, instantly. Shots ghost a lot. Like there is just something not right, during the beta, i stopped mid game to go play mw2 and I was doing well but came back to MW3 and oh man. I am currently at .8KD, idont even care anymore. Like this is worthy of a lawsuit I think. The fact that you buy a sht game like this and then get punished for being good at game all in favour of new players and to keep us all at 1 KD, thats the most degenerate decision ive ever heard a company make. I think Activision should get sued for this nonsense. The community as a whole wont come together to boycott this fckn game, because despite the complaints they will still play and buy skins.
a good portion of that is actually because of sbmm. because it priorizes making you lose over everything, your ping will go to shit. so hit registration will suck, ttk will drop to essentially instant (or literally, depending on the gun they are using), so on and so forth.
A lawsuit…. Hahahahaha the creators of the game can do whatever they want in creating their work. It’s their work, their decisions, their creative freedom. Saying you think it’s worthy of a lawsuit over a system they implemented is just ridiculous. Just don’t buy their product. Nobody’s making you spend your money on it. Lawsuit…. Hahahahaha go touch some grass man.
@@JustinS8020 you don't know how lawsuits work do you? it doesn't matter if it's intended, there are TONS of business practices that, while legal, will open you up to massive lawsuits. look at fallout 76, or any of the recent fuckery games have been doing. all these fuckups, all these intended shit designs, they are liable to being sued over them. whether or not the lawsuit would be successful is a WHOLE other conversation. it doesn't change the fact that lawsuits are possible. especially when it's easily argued that the game is marketting, and telling you you're buying one experience, but providing a different one entirely. aka, false advertising, and selling it under false pretenses.
@@Choryrth I never said you couldn’t file for one. You can file lawsuits for whatever you want of course. But crying over an online video game matchmaking you into high skill lobbies is just ridiculous. Company’s have been doing it for years. It’s extremely common to have some sort of a skill based matching system. Racing games do it, many shooters do it, sports games do it. A judge would look at the case and say we’ll if you don’t like the way they utilize it, maybe the product isn’t for you and just don’t purchase it. Nobody is forcing anybody “to buy their shit game and be punished for being good” They are not scamming anybody into buying a game that doesn’t work, people are just whining over their K/ds not being as good as they used to be. Mines included in that. SBMM screws me over regularly but if I get frustrated I just go play something else. If they intend for their consumers to always be challenged by higher skill players when they perform well, that’s their creative freedom and in reality is not hurting anybody.
After playing CoD for years and years i eventually fell out a few years after bo2.. in general because of modded lobbies etc. Only have recently came back when Cold War was released and I thoroughly enjoyed it. With all the hype around mw3 and the old maps returning i bought into it and i can agree.. if i have one good match, then thats about it.. if i have 2 good matches.. im buying lotto tickets. RIP casual gaming, especially working 12hrs and want to have fun and just chill w the boys.. shame.
Please keep making MW3 2023 videos even if you’re just ranting on it, I’m one of the seemingly few people who like this game and its so hard to find REAL gameplay like this. It’s all cherry-picked highlight-reel bs 😭 You’re one of the last real COD UA-camrs left 👏

If you want to waste money send me some cashapp lol.
I know a lot of people hate it, but I have been playing this new cod strictly in hardcore TDM. I started doing this in MW2 2022, because of the massive mini map issues. and honestly it fixes a decent amount of my issues with the two games. the SBMM isn't as bad, at least it seems. and i would assume that is because of a smaller sample size of lobbies to throw me in. I am 26...the days of sweating my way thru these games are over, and I much prefer the slower play style and quicker ttk in hardcore. the maps are so replayable as well. Thank you 2009 IW
I’ve been playing hardcore tdm as well and I feel like sbmm is kinda gone 😂 I always mat h with generally the same people thru out the day! Everyone is one shot and there’s always campers lmao but feels better to play then dumbass core mode
I've strictly only played hardcore since Cod4, only cod I never played hardcore was Mw3 the OG Mw3 not this new trash, mostly because everyone sat in 1 spot in Mw3's hardcore.
I wanted to Make a second comment. I really appreciate your videos man. These new Call of dutys are an absolute drag & I have no interest buying them let alone playing them anymore. Black Ops 2 & Modern Warfare (2019) were the Last two call of Duty's I ever purchased. The fact you purchase these games & let us know about them I appreciate it. Your videos are great & I look forward to future content.
I thought MW 2019 had campers because of the maps. Which were VERY camp focused. But the og maps werent really designed around that and its still happening. At this point i dont blame the players, theyre in the same lobbies you're in and theyre probably tired of having to sweat all day everyday. Its clear to me at least that the sbmm is to blame for that. Thanks for the heads up, i was thinking of getting the game but as long as they have that system in place i refuse to hand them my money. Love you for keepin it real bro ✊️
Man, Fortunate I’m glad you said it… I normally average a 1.15-1.20 in most COD’s besides MWII as well as this one… and that’s running and gunning… then in this, im thrown into lobbies with people who sweat their brains out for 3 KD… I’m finding myself in this game scraping for crumbs just to go even… seems like there is a lot of revenge spawning too because I swear I’ll kill one person and 3 more just show up out of the blue to ruin my guts seconds later… or that person will spawn around the corner from me and destroy me… it’s very disappointing… not to mention im shooting twenty bullets into someone just to end up getting an assist lol
Man...i hardly finish a game in this cod and believe me, i'm 50, been playing cod for years and this one, as a mere casual Player, is the worst i've played. Every lobby is full of no lifers, sweats and so on, after a few deaths in a row i Just leave. This shit is unplayable 4 casuals....
Hella respect for this. I honestly felt like I was terrible for sweating my ass off to barely go positive at the end of the game but then I realize everyone else in the lobby is the same. No one pops off, and I just have to wonder who is actually enjoying this?
Gunplay and movement seems fine. I feel like if they just got rid of SBMM, worked on their latency issues, and fixed spawns this might be one of the most impressive CoD titles in years.
there is no video game in existence without sbmm, it's time to accept that it will always be there. when ranked comes out pubs get way easier. just give it time
I agree. But I have 3 friends that just aren't good at all and even if I am not the party host, I feel like it uses my SBMM. They can barely get a kill which makes them not want to play with me. SBMM is ruining potential friendships even. Crazy to think about.
Yeah same here. All my buddies ONLY play COD and they are way better than me. So whenever I join I just get destroyed lmao But hey, after a few drinks chillin' with the buds, I end up not really caring anyway 😅@@Fortunate
i had simular issues in a previous cod, dont remember if it was mw or mw2 but i do remember going up to 150 ish ping to find a lobby, sbmm is insanely fun and i dont understand why it exist to this level when theres ranked play existing, you could tweak it a bit and make it bigger pools for each sbmm category, instead of just being placed in pool 1 or 2 cuz of your sbmm
Former cod pro here... RIGGED GUNFIGHTS have ran cod since black ops 1 but now it's a BLATANT ILLUSION OF COMPETITION!! aim resist, dmg nerf, hit registry, speed n animations, audio tracking... ALL OF ITS RIGGED while it pulls the better player outnof server time and adds the infinite variety of difficulty parameters according to skill. High influnecers are WHITELISTED, meanwhile us pros are buying MICROTRANSACTIONS to lessen the impact of the rigged engagements... Nor about money, that only leads to puppets, not the PUPPET MASTERS in power positions!
Obviously SBMM is annoying af and a glaring issue. But for me it’s really been the inconsistency between the TTK and TTD. There’s times where I don’t die when I should have but also more times than not I get completely deleted in an instant and the kill details say it took 4 or 5 shots but I felt like more like 1-2 even when I got the first shot off. Maybe it’s connection idk. Also, I’m going fully conspiracy theorist on this one but it feels at times (and in CoDs in the past) that the aim assist on console actively works against you so you purposely do bad. Like I pull down or to the side to compensate for recoil or enemy movement and it just doesn’t do it or it goes a totally different way
A lot of the TTK and TTD you are noticing is because of SBMM and pairing you up with people all over the world rather than people more local causing your ping to be higher which in turn is causing those odd moments with TTK and TTD. Hope this helped explain that a little bit 😁
@@seanburton3130 it did and I was thinking that but I don’t think I’m THAT good of a player to have to be paired with players super far away from me but it is possible. I haven’t kept an eye on pings but I’ll have to going forward
I thought I was insane for not doing as well when playing this game... but now I know it's not just me. I appreciate your genuine unfiltered reporting sir.
Thanks for making this video. This is exactly how my MW3 experience has looked. CoD is clearly implementing the behavioral studies we heard about a few years ago, where they adjust matchmaking hoping to keep a larger number of players engaged at the expense of the fun factor for people who play it enough to be better than most. I don't care for having my wins and losses essentially predetermined based on what their profile says will feed me dopamine just enough to not quit.
I can completely relate to this video. Almost as if I made it myself lol. I agree with everything you said. I started with world at war as well and have seen the he COD franchise take a shit over the years. I was really hopeful for this game but everyone tries so hard in every match no matter the game mode. There’s always no enjoyment in that. There’s no such thing as casual gameplay anymore. You can play casually yourself but that means you’re going 12-20 that game. I’ll probably never buy another COD again.
I’m 23 and feel old cause I used to have 3.0 - 4.0 KD ratios in the older cods. These newer cods have kids like us when we were 13-16 years old just play all day and don’t wash their ass 🧼 and we hop on after a long day thinking we are pretty good but get absolutely clapped 😂
I havent played video games in a decent while since my teen years, but enjoy watching videos like this. MW2 original was my favorite game of all time, so fun to play in HS. Cool to atleast see the maps were brought back. The skill based matching thing does sound terrible.
Truth. Pretty much every time I get in a match on MW3 by the end of the game my hands hurt because I'm gripping the controller so hard lol. Everyone is just trying their hardest to win it's crazy
Hitting it in the nail when you said, “people are protecting SBMM, but I won”. That’s the stuff! We good guys are still winning, but the act of winning is PAINFUL with SBMM. What’s worse is that this gameplay wasn’t crazy SBMM, the amount of weird bastards from the PC community is unreal. Rage hackers following you through walls 24/7!
I get what you are saying and don’t disagree that the game isn’t great, but people have and always will abuse game mechanics like claymores and camping rooms. Happened in MW2. Also I think you are also realizing that the kids with better reaction times are getting better. I’m an older gamer now too and I cannot compete like I used to when I was 15 playing OG MW2
The fact we STILL don’t have “public” modes without SBMM is insane. I don’t mind getting my ass kicked occasionally but I don’t want to sweat every game.
You don't have to sweat though. Its not ranked so why take it so seriously?
it's weird because just a minute ago i had the easiest game i've had since i started playing. lol
@@Choryrth Exactly my thoughts lol. "How dare someone criticize my favorite game?!?! No one is else is entitled to an opinion!!"

@Frank-sr2hsits casual dude
@Frank-sr2hsalso are you dumb, the guy in the vid consistently gets multiple kills
@Frank-sr2hs running around and just shooting people with out tryharding is supposed to be fun, its not ranked.
I preferred old COD, and I def hear what you’re saying. Sometimes it feels like some lobbies are full of bots that are there just to destroy me as soon as I string a couple of kills together. Old COD was never like that.
That was the issue with cod4 remastered
It's not Microsoft...it's COD, they literally have a patent on their AI that rigs the game. I play Battlefield and never have to deal with this bs
@@t58beareActivision is ruining FPS games

Or when you kill a player do the same thing, throw a lethal or a non lethal then reposition from there.
you noticed that too huh?

Multiplayer games nowadays feel more like a full time job.
But man.... the SBMM is just insane :(
Oh also... the SPAWNS my god... every game mode the spawns are terrible. Absolute brain-dead development with their spawn system.
You are in bot lobby’s bro.
Lmao who are you? @@Senslaz
Honestly spawns in TDM are unbearable and matches outside of Wasteland and Derail end quickly anyways. I've been mailing domination lately since the spawns in TDM seem to be everywhere.
Is it true that many times you feel like you got one shot killed after you put about a thousand bullets into an enemy?
BO2 was the last good COD and ghost killed the series for me. Play Battlefield at least you can counter SBMM by having large maps.

Lol you’re a nerd since when is slide cancelling traditional movement? Lol they got you with old maps come on….

What is SBMM?
why not increase queue time to have lower ping and more fair matches

The better you get the harder your lobbies get
You get punished by playing good thats so stupid. Sbmm ruins every new cod
That's the way it should be like Halo 2. If you're a 50 you shouldn't be matched with someone in the 20s. Sounds like you people want to pwn noobs.
Also, if I could play different and it matter that would help.

lmao what you described in this video, I felt ever since MW2019.
VPNs work wonders... and also "working hours".

I understand, I also stopped playing COD and BF games after MW 2019 and BFV, COD is doing microtransactions with their games, I mean. Look at MW2 to MW3.
Don’t underestimate how bad the spawns are in this game. The spawns are TERRIBLE. Literally they will spawn you right in front of someone’s sights.
That would be the sbbm giving someone a free kill. It's all linked but people seem to forget that and just say spawn are bad.
@@DJLyncho no dude definitely not. The bad spawns are just the game. The idiots getting the “free kills” are g fuel drinking crack heads that are slide canceling and bunny hopping around.
@@jeremiahbishop6322 you do realize a fast ttk helps everyone who is terrible at the game right? Cause you know, its impossible to outgun somone
SBMM was in cod since 2007 lmao
sbmm was made for casual players. If youre not getting paired against easy casual players. Youre not a casual player anymore. SBMM is dumb but thats the reality. I still kill those sweats but when they kill me its so infuriating cause how hard theyre trying compared to me
When you're playing against wall hackers on copious amounts of adderal and you just got off work, you stand no chance to have fun.
I remember playing mw2/mw3 with u back in the day when you played with viewers live. How I miss the good call of dutys :(
I appreciate being honest and showing the daily bs people have to deal with playing modern CoD's. Felt like I was watching gameplay of myself.
How do i get that tool?
Seems like i need a vpn just to have fun now.
Fascinating info! Never considered using a VPN but now I'm giving it a shot. Ahahaha.
Pretty much every streamer uses a vpn nowdays its a must.
Totally agree bro!
"Battle piss" just about sums up this MW 2022 DLC. Ain't taking my money
Mw2 was just as bad, its gonna be like this, it's not going anywhere
The only Call of Duty channel I still watch 5-6 years after quitting.
Thanks for the heads up.
SBMM: "Is that fun I'm hearing over there?!"
Even if you sweat you cant compete. This matchmaking is an absolute joke and is the most miserable dogshit experience in fps history.
@@sohsuh7625LMFAOO cry harder dude 😢😢
And also just the rise of twitch and TikTok. I always see ttv or tik in every single lobby I play. It’s all about being the next big streamer
That is complete bs
Only good players can use the movement to their advantage
There are still much more bad players that still arent good even with the movement
Its just because of sbmm nothing more
Cod isnt slow paced since over a decade
Oh my god! My exact feelings about last 2 cods... and everyone was showing how much fun it is on youtube... thanks man!
The fact that not a single person likes SBMM but it's still pushed feels so insulting
Thanks for being REAL playing cod. It’s always false hype with other UA-cam channels.
Now days it’s more relaxing, entertaining and engaging WATCHING a cod UA-camr rather than PLAYING the game.
I’m in mid 20’s, played since world at war as well.
I feel that, in my 30s. I can't deal with that shit lmao. I do badly miss the 'gool ol days' though.
@@Juniper458 you missed out then with bo3 man. was a blast
Yeah im having no fun either. I feel like im playing a different game than UA-camrs. Its just no fun
I really liked your down to earth approach. I genuinely have the same thoughts and feelings you described when playing this game. My friend and I are casual players but we have been on a horrible losing streak on gunfight. We get put with the sweatiest players ever even after losing 3 games in a row.
It feels nice to be represented by you. I hope a lot of people see this video.
I'm 45 and I feel like I am in the COD Sweat Olympics when I play this game. I can compete but I need a 6 pack of Ghost energy drinks to stay focused.
Tbh I appreciate you showing the full un-cut experience of playing this game. I think it's important to show the reality of it
there's tons of people that show uncut gameplay on Twitch bro, and sometimes they top frag and sometimes they dont, what Fortunate showed here isnt anything special or unknown😂he's been constantly releasing videos at every launch in COD crying about sbmm idk what we're acting so surprised about
Skill based match making doesn’t just put you with people your own skill, they actually put you with lower level people as well but give the lower level people better aim assist and you worse from what I read about activision’s patent
It’s infuriating lol literally getting punished for being good all to make the games closer in score/even out the playing field
THEN ranked matches I think are probably just based off your level without the adjustment in aim assist (that’s my theory)
the extra aim assist is prrobably bullshit
@@ACE112ACE112 there’s a public patent, Google it
It's so frustrating bc you honestly CAN'T get better. You think you're improving, but every time you pop off you're met with the exact opposite, to bring you right back down to a 1 k/d.
Everyone having different playstyle than Fortunate = look at that, omg that's unbelievable, this guys deserves that omg ... my PING
😭 (The game is not used, I didn't use code yet)
Now I got to buy Gran Turismo, That's still amazing isn't it??
I swear to god there something bloody fishy about their aim and the secret sauce of their controller settings that they won’t show us
My first game ever I did 44-8, second game 12-36😂. Biggest gripe of the game is the spawns.
For real. After seeing the patents there’s got to be a way to do a class action based on false advertising or something.
a good portion of that is actually because of sbmm.
because it priorizes making you lose over everything, your ping will go to shit. so hit registration will suck, ttk will drop to essentially instant (or literally, depending on the gun they are using), so on and so forth.
Nobody is forcing anybody “to buy their shit game and be punished for being good”
They are not scamming anybody into buying a game that doesn’t work, people are just whining over their K/ds not being as good as they used to be. Mines included in that. SBMM screws me over regularly but if I get frustrated I just go play something else. If they intend for their consumers to always be challenged by higher skill players when they perform well, that’s their creative freedom and in reality is not hurting anybody.
I am 53 years old and love COD but I just can't compete. On the plus side, you earned a new sub with this video.
This video is my EXACT EXPERIENCE. It’s crazy to think that developers play their own game and think it’s good.
It isn’t the developers fault this is all on the publisher, Activision
@@UhKimboze that is true. Activision definitely has a very large influence.
RIP casual gaming, especially working 12hrs and want to have fun and just chill w the boys.. shame.
i've played a lot of bot lobbies in mw2 and i think that guy shooting through the door is exactly what you can expect out of a bot.
Please don't, no one wants to watch the same old game rehashed, copied and paste maps, they just added doors like csgo. Can't believe you idiots still pay for this crap, cant blame activision or whoever makes this crap to even try when you dumbasses keep paying for the same crap over and over again. If you want to waste money send me some cashapp lol.
Your honest reflections on this game are admirable..respect
I've had the same crap happen to me since cold war, And it always shoots me between 200 and 600ping ping I knew I wasn't the only one getting this bs
Your videos are great & I look forward to future content.
literally same, bought bo2 in 2012, and mw2019 on sale a year ago
This is literally the same experience I get.
I like challenges so I guess I should buy it
Gunplay and movement seems fine. I feel like if they just got rid of SBMM, worked on their latency issues, and fixed spawns this might be one of the most impressive CoD titles in years.
there is no video game in existence without sbmm, it's time to accept that it will always be there. when ranked comes out pubs get way easier. just give it time
I remember playing MW2 back in the day and people would rush. Now you just have people sitting in corners or going straight to the buildings.
I’ve been enjoying the game just because of the maps. I think this game is fun playing with friends but solo play is extremely sweaty
I agree. But I have 3 friends that just aren't good at all and even if I am not the party host, I feel like it uses my SBMM. They can barely get a kill which makes them not want to play with me. SBMM is ruining potential friendships even. Crazy to think about.
i can't play with friends they don't enjoy my lobbies so i don't wanna ruin it for them
so true I try to play with my wife and in my lobbies she goes 9-30 plus. its sad we cant have a balanced fun experience.@@Fortunate
Yeah same here. All my buddies ONLY play COD and they are way better than me. So whenever I join I just get destroyed lmao But hey, after a few drinks chillin' with the buds, I end up not really caring anyway 😅@@Fortunate
@@Fortunatedude that's so fucking true
i had simular issues in a previous cod, dont remember if it was mw or mw2 but i do remember going up to 150 ish ping to find a lobby, sbmm is insanely fun and i dont understand why it exist to this level when theres ranked play existing, you could tweak it a bit and make it bigger pools for each sbmm category, instead of just being placed in pool 1 or 2 cuz of your sbmm
I literally don't have fun anymore with cod, it's just lost itself so much. SBMM has killed it for me.
Couldnt agree more, the scaling of it is as mentioned in the video is all or nothing.
I was expecting to get some useful, well informed video on actual issues the game has. This was such a useless video and a clickbait title.
