Man that 2016 overtime line definitely ruined some great finishes for some of the races. Worst rule for best season with the best package since the 2011-2012 COT.
Great job on the series. Thought I was pretty complete on watching my Nascar races but you always find wrecks I don't remember. Keep it up. Subbed for more.
I will NEVER forget those last two crashes. I was watching both of them on TV live when they happened and they were 2 of the worst crashes that I have EVER seen. And I've seen a lot of them.
Definitely looks as if there could have been fluid on the track in the Wallace incident. You can see the tires breaking traction long before he actually spins.
How about the 1st 2009 Coke Zero 400 Big One? Everyone remembers the last lap one with Kyle; nobody remembers the big one midway through on the backstretch.
I got a couple, 1st is Ben Kennedy at Kentucky, 2nd is Timothy Peters flip are Texas, third is the BKR trucks wrecking together (Austin teriault and Tyler reddick) at Las Vegas and Kansas
Forgotten crash #1: I definitely didn't forget that crash. It practically ruined Steve Park's whole career. It was pretty sad :( Forgotten crash #2: Didn't forget that one either. I have a book called "NASCAR: The Complete History", and there's an image of this crash. Forgotten crash #3: Sorry, I didn't forget that one either (this is becoming a trend). I saw this on some of FriskyNixon's videos. Forgotten crash #4: Didn't forget that one, I think I saw it on one of Ryan Holman's videos. Forgotten crash #5: I've seen this plenty of times :P Forgotten crash #6: The trend is over, I've never seen this before! Wow, that was a huge hit though! Forgotten crash #7: Never seen this one either. Forgotten crash #8: I've seen this plenty of times too :P Forgotten crash #9: I've seen this plenty of times as well :P Forgotten crash #10: I've seen plenty of times as well I was not trying to mean, I just wanted to tell how much I remember and how much I didn't.
Just to clarify, if you've seen it it doesn't mean you haven't forgot about it. Forgotten implies that people have seen it, but have forgotten it over the years.
If it's any consolation, if they didn't have the win and you're in, he'd be tied for 15th with Erik Jones in points. If they're gonna have an elimination playoff system, I wish they'd just do the top 16 in points. They can keep the stage racing and playoff points, but it's hard to justify Custer making it with how he was at the start. Even with his improvement, I think he's still in like 20th or 21st
Chase&Bowman Nation988 well your not wrong. He’s definitely been screwing up but when he doesn’t he still runs 10th-24th proving that his competition is better than it was. That wreck in 2017 at Pocono was probably what ended his career
The McMurray flip was crazy for me because I came home from school and turned the practice on and they were red flagged and I was confused and then they showed the wreck.
You people that can upload "Forgotten NASCAR Crashes" are honestly some funny dudes because every single one is terrible! If you want to do "forgotten crashes" then make sure the crashes are forgotten! Only 2 of these crashes are forgotten! These are so bad that I almost want to make a compilation myself!
Random clip I think you can add to the next video in this series; Truck crash, cookie-cutter track (maybe Atlanta?) blue truck, #19 or #29, I swear it was driven by Ryan Truex but don't remember, spun out at some point while in the Top 5, Johnny Sauter gets hooked head-on into the wall behind him and T-bones him just behind the Driver's door. It was quite a big accident when it happened but I can't remember enough details to look it up. And nobody includes it in compilations
Ikr, it woulda been weird.. but he prolly woulda got the car slowed down enough, so he didnt hit the wall, wasnt concussed to fuck, and he probably wouldnt have fallin’ off, I would consider his wreck with Foyt, a career ending crash, bc he was concussed so bad, it was almost like Jerry Nadeau at richmond, all fucked up, he did great until that crash, then just simply fell of afterward, similar to JJ’s wreck at Pocono a few years back... weird how history repeats itself
The are I at NHMS was a typical crash there I have only missed 3 face weekends in my 23 years of life. Into turns 1 &3 it's just so Common most don't really care... especially when it's all surrounded by the loss of two stars of the sport. There is a lot of hard hits but they are rarely anything spectacular which is both great and boring at the same time. Everyone up here looks forward to the modifieds and want the trucks back. Xfinity and sprint are both great for a first timer and has it's ups and downs but gets boring quick.
I definitely unsubbed from a once okay channel, what's with the intros and the talking and using numbers to call out viewers of your channel, that's kinda petty don't you think?
Not petty, just reminding people if they watch a lot of my videos to Subscribe so they don't miss any. I really don't care about my subscriber count at all.

My bad! 2:40 is at Lucas Oil Raceway! I'm sorry about that!

thanks mate!
@@nascarfan4888JJ that's ok the video was great either way
nascarfan4888JJ no prob
I don't blame you. They're very similar looking and can be easily mistaken at a glance
Steven Wallace: crashes with no one near him.
Commentators: There was contact.... This is a little late but there was contact with the 30 car.
Probably talking about contact 5 laps earlier
His dad having to make excuses for him in that canadian race was hard to watch live
Kevin Harvicks near flip at Dega is pretty forgotten. Or just underrated
It was the same race where Buescher and Kenseth flipped so it really does get overlooked.
I love Nascar videos and yours are great keep them coming
4:37 not forgotten 8:09 not forgotten 9:02 not forgotten
2:42 That is Lucas Oil Raceway in Indy, not New Hampshire.
Will forever be O’Reilly raceway park or Indy Raceway park to me
Right. irp

Another forgotten wreck seems to be the July 2007 race at the Milwaukee Mile... I was working that race...Paul Menard won...
I remember all of these as clear as day
I remember these as clear as heavily polluted water
For next part you can put the 52 car flip at Xfinity in Dover (i think 2008)

2005 Atlanta big one on the first lap when Bobby Hamilton had a flat tyre

Stephen Wallace: "DEJA VU I HAVE BEEN IN THIS PLACE BEFORE"
Steven "ARCA BRAKES" Wallace
Anthony Kernich didn’t you hear the unbiased comments from Rusty? The 30 hit him and sent him out of control.
Your video's are great. Thanks
Still can’t believe how bad Jimmie has been 3+ years winless streak, can’t even make the top 15 in points
If it's any consolation, if they didn't have the win and you're in, he'd be tied for 15th with Erik Jones in points.

Johnson didn’t become a bad driver in my opinion. I just believe that his competition has gotten better.
Merety 91 just look at Jimmie he’s constantly wrecking himself and making mistakes he would never do
Chase&Bowman Nation988 well your not wrong. He’s definitely been screwing up but when he doesn’t he still runs 10th-24th proving that his competition is better than it was. That wreck in 2017 at Pocono was probably what ended his career
1 hour ago? U must be an active youtuber imma sub!
I remember that big one at Bristol and Rusty’s invincible rear bumper
Id about forgotten about Stephen Wallace. NASCAR did everything it could to push his career over the top, just couldn't keep it between the fences.
What race was that last one in? I don't remember ever seeing that wreck. Nor Austin Dillon driving the 14 car.
11 months late but the wreck was in the 2013 talladega fall race
The McMurray flip was crazy for me because I came home from school and turned the practice on and they were red flagged and I was confused and then they showed the wreck.
Great video.
Jamie McMurray 2017 Talladega (Fall Race) is another forgotten crash
1:29 2005 Food City 500 Big One Wreck Vs 2020 Food City Supermarket Heroes 500 Big One Wreck

Man I was at that Dover race and forgot about that one. Stupid overtime line dumbest thing ever glad they got rid of it

4:36 ain’t that forgotten
Steven Wallace got netcoded by the 30 LMFAO
Plz do a part 1 and 2 maybe 3 of dw saying: that was a hard lick 😅🤣
Hello fellow NASCARfan.
Like the vid dude👍
I remember being at that race where Wallace crashed in Indy and wondering wtf are you doing
If you ever do a part three you should add in Bubba Wallace’s 20 20 wreck at Texas
Everyone remembers Park’s crash. I mean it ended his competitive career.
You should include Geoff Bodine’s 1981 Daytona 500 crash.
Ryan Newman 2003 gets overlooked cause it's a practise crash and he had 2 other spectacular crashes earlier that year
Fun fact: the failure that caused Steve Park to jerk left in his wreck with AJ Foyt, was his steering wheel coming off
That would have been a strange crash then, even without Foyt.
Ikr, it woulda been weird.. but he prolly woulda got the car slowed down enough, so he didnt hit the wall, wasnt concussed to fuck, and he probably wouldnt have fallin’ off,

Please do NASCARS most remembered crash’s
nah, i remember cole whitt, for causing kyle busch to go upside down
1:29
4:36 that’s not forgotten
In fairness Suarez got tagged by Larson in the xfs wreck
So, what qualifies as forgotten? Several of these, including parks wreck are Darlington, is well known
What about Danny bagwell’s crash at Daytona?!! There was nothing left of the car but the roll cage like bodine but no one talks about it anymore!!!!

Jamie McMurray, New Hampshire 2003, Cup Series

What about Danny bagwell’s crash?! Just like bodine there was nothing left but the roll cage. And no one talks about it!!!
2015 Xfinity Talladega big one is forgettable as well
Let the crashes speak for themselves! Don’t need the commentary before every clip
Lmao at Steven Wallace. We showed 4 different angles of him showing his no talent but the 30 definitely got into him and pushed him up there.
