- We join Proton R3 for a joyride in their Proton Saga R3 racecar prior to the Malaysia Championship Series 2019 race. This little Saga with a 1.6-litre naturally aspirated engine is a weapon on track and managed to keep up with a Honda FD2R around the corners!

You sure the engine is a 1.6 and not 1.3 like in the original Saga

The only thing the need to do is change the crankshaft and con rods to campro 1.6..no need to change the block , head etc..piston size is the same both 1.3 1.6 campro
@@firdauszainal9452 but 1.6 piston got lower compression
@@tr6864 just use the 1.3 flx piston... higher compression than BLM..I used BLM piston for my persona..the compression increase from 14 to 17/18..
