This is a pretty nice set just to leave boxed on the shelf for getting some family magic on the go. Can't see much value in adding much to my deck building but for a grab and go game for up to 5 people, that's pretty sweet.
Dang last years game knight box is when i started playing my cousins introduced me to magic and let me have the black deck, a year later i still have the black deck heavily modified but still have key hards in it and i love it
I honestly think that I’m going to get 2 or 3 of these with my Christmas money to build a pretty decent Ghalta-Dragon deck for FNM. The value here is incredible, and some of the cards don’t rotate for a bit. But once they rotate I’ll be quite sad.
I got the previous one with core 19 cards in it. Got it for about $45 and can still find it around that price. According TCGplayer, the m19 double sided goblin/thopter tokens are worth $15 each, there's 3 of em in the set, sell those and virtually the whole kit is free
@@MTGUnpacked I'm not sure, I just use tcgplayer for the database to keep track of what cards I have, haven't used it to buy/sell - dunno if they ship to Oz and i'm pretty sure prices are USD(which basically means sell 2 and you paid for the set), but I believe the prices on there are set by supply and demand so must be somebody wanting to buy em. But the mythics, despite not being legal in any format other kitchen table also fetch around $5 or more each
Hey, I’ve got a question I have been playing Mtg for about a month now, and I had a question ¿can this decks be played against other decks like can i use it on a store, or can it only be played against game night decks?
No, these can only be played against each other. For store play you'd need either a Commander deck or a Standard-legal deck (a recent Planeswalker deck is the quickest way to get started in Standard).
Only if the cards are legal in the format you want to play them in, or if you're just playing casually. A good source to check what formats a card is legal in is scryfall.com
@@MTGUnpacked its like they don't know that the majority of their player base puts sleeves on everything... Especially on something that will be used by casual players on GAME NIGHTS!!! And we all know how they treat cards... cheeto hands, spilled sodas...
The red dragon deck is not aggro. It stalls with the little goblins and wins with the big dragons flying over the top for massive damage. Its more like half control and half midrange.

I don't call them Wizards of the Cashgrab for nothing... 😂
Great video. Thanks. I just purchased because I sold all my other cards last year. A good little set up to get back into it.
Can't wait to get home tonight around 1 or 2am to check my mail. :)
I didn't even know they made a game night 2019 box
Maybe i should just hook myself up with one of these

I'm curious how many buyers there are for those high-priced tokens🤔

Oh ok, thanks for answering my question :)
Sorry for all the question but can I use cards from this in other decks? Sorry if my English is bad I am from South America

Your English is excellent, by the way👍
awesome combination
Ghalta was in the last game night box for green
Some for lord of the accused
Thank you, love your channel
So if I just play with a group and we dont really have rules for how old cards are, would this be worth getting so we can have more decks to play with
Could be fun if you play the decks against each other. They're pretty underpowered.
3 years later 60$ on amazon now went up to 20$ from starting price.
And still, you cant put sleeved decks in this compartments? I mean, don't they learn anything?
Nope. There's only enough room to cram in unsleeved cards🤦♂️

the cards are worth so little that it is not worth putting sleeves (that are more expensive than the cards)
u said red is the aggro deck in this its the midrange deck white is the aggro
Is Game night 2018 or 2019 Better?
Either one is fine. It depends if you can find them, and whichever is cheaper.

this is literally draft shaft for 30 dollars. Not for me.
Right. If you're a seasoned player, it's not worth it.
