I do, because I want to be able to do Bo Ho Beautiful yoga and meditation before doing a little work until it gets light enough for me to go on my 5 miles walk. I feel better about grinding at my job the rest of the day when it starts like that.

Just fyi everyone, there isnt any time of the year when the sun is that high in the sky at 5:45 am. Hopefully no one actually believes this is an acurate representation of litteraly any morning routine

here in wisconsin in this season it’s light outside by 5:30am
@@jaidenweggen6833 she lives in Los Angeles, sunrise is at 6:30.. and in this video it is fully light outside meaning it would be at least past 7am
Recording is not part of her morning routine therefore she did it later on. 😉
In the Uk is summer it starts getting bright at 5am

honestly dont waste your money on it! (unless u need that type of money to your mouth motivation). there are tons of pilates vids on youtube that i think are waayy better
I’ve tried it but I think Tasha Franken’s program is better

What manifestation book are you reading?
I like to eat somthi g light befor my workout but i want to start getting my walk in early as i skip if later in day for family time lol for weightloss should i do it befor my breakfast then eat and do my workout usally has some dumbell weight training ..or eat then workout then walk ..and if so should i do it right after my workout or wait alittle ..i want to keept his long term routine now that my son starts school this year .
