I've been trying to look into getting a Viking kayak especially a double for fishing could you suggest or do a review between the difference of the 2+1 and the tempo 2 in one of your videos?

They are such different boats - one is a pack horse the other a capable all rounder. Sadly I dont think the tempo 2 will be available anyway as it got destroyed in the factory fire
